I've had my new gateway internet box over 2 months and I've had lot of trouble. When connection gets knocked off lost customer service keeps me on phone many times already over a hour and they run me in circles with typing in passwords repeatedly with no success in reconnecting. Much time spent talking with customer service agents that don't seem knowledgeable and caring. Many agents from phillapines hard to understand them and many times they put me on hold and never return to phone. Between metro PCs and T mobile they both are clearly disfunctional as they pass me back and forth to each other like game of hot potato. Need a refund of payments until they get themselves ironed out and become a more positive team working with customers in a way that makes sense . This is crazy

Employee said iPhone 8 won’t work with MetroPCS because that model is end-of-life and not receiving updates from Apple. Even MetroPCS’s website says that’s not true. MetroPCS should train their employees to be knowledgeable of the subject matter.

Firstly Not only was the store clean but it also smells very Divine and fresh! Accompanied with the pleasant attitudes of the manager and the associates who will be more than happy to help you with any plan that you are looking to purchase or even compare. They are not there just to sale you and get you locked into a contract, they are there to make sure that you make the best decision for the LONG TERM which is a key factor in choosing the right mobile SERVICE!

Upset!!! Yesterday I purchased a set of Bluetooth headphones from this location. After I walked out and use them, they didn’t have a charger plug in it. I went back in and asked were used and recently returned. They won’t even charge!! I’m highly upset! I keep calling the location and they won’t even answer the phone!!! This is REALLY UPSETTING because I needed them for work!!!

I bought my daughter a new iPhone 11 at this store during the covid-19 pandemic for her 17 birthday The female rep there lied n lied n lied again about the contract I signed up for. We all know nothing is really free however if I ask you are you more than over and again if it's free for a third line n she says free free free free !!! why is i t stated in contract third line cost $4 a mo and if I cancel I'll pay $10 a mo wtf is this predatory or no?? Then I was told I have to have insurance but.... wait for it ..... I can cancel at anytime FREE of charge ... b******* I haven't been with this company for 30fays yet n I can't cancel contract either It's so unfair for these people n companies to take advantage of the consumer especially during a world wide crisis when if it wasn't for us they would not exist.

Will sell you anything! Was really nice but would not give info on the phones i ask about. Kept pushing some brands i have never herd of. So she talks me into it. Phone starts acting up same day. When i take it back to see whats up she scrolls 2 pages and says nothing is wrong and starts to reset it. Your only valued until they get your money. Now i have a messed up phone not two days old noone will help me with. Thanks metro
