I could never recommend going to this store. The white girl's service has a bad attitude that disappoints anyone. The truth is, she shouldn't work in customer service. Today I said I would never return.

I went into the Rome Georgia office to pay a bill for a friend and I accidentally dropped $60 folded up out of my wallet. I noticed it once I was half way down the street so I turned around to go get it. When I got there they were quiet and acting strange and when I ask for my money the girl first went to the back then she came back up and went in her drawer and gave me back $40 of it....I left out not paying attention and thanked them for bring honest when I realized they didn't give me the whole $60 I asked to see the camera footage to prove I did indeed drop $60 but they refused and told me to call cooperate. The office is now closed and they knew that but I will be calling at open time in the morning. All I want is my $20 dollars back...is that so hard to ask? If thateir employees are in that much need maybe they need to find extra work instead if taking someone else's hard earned ?!!!

Great service! I came in with a phone that was not working right, they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, Kristie helped me get a new phone and switched everything over for me. And helped us get $30 off our plan a month. We will be coming back to upgrade my wife’s phone soon.
