Chloe was amazing! Issues with moving our numbers over ended up keeping her in store 30 min after close just to make sure we could walk out with our phones. Above and beyond to make sure we could keep our numbers when most people probably would have gave up and told us to get new numbers dealing with what issues she had to.

Store Manager, Ami Wolven, went above and beyond her means to help me and my husband. She showed exceptional customer service, care and gave great advice. We would recommend the Rockmart Verizon retail store to anyone.

We had a GREAT experience this evening on 1/27/24 with Kurt! He was very friendly, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing! He said he was normally at a different store but we are so glad he got to help us this evening. Wonderful customer service! Thank you so much! My husband loves his new phone!

This was the 2nd time I have used this store & Ami helped me both times. She is the best! She is always nice & she knows what she is doing. She is always super helpful and doesn’t seem to mind spending the time it takes to get everything done when setting up new phones. I won’t go to any other store as long as she’s at the Rockmart store!

The store manager went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve a issue with the return of a phone! It was so complicated and frustrating but her and her team tackled the challenge and got it taken care of! It was no fault of there’s not mine! Thank you so much for the one on one contact that you don’t get at the bigger corporate stores!

I went in for a new screen protector and while replacing it , there was a residue left on the screen from the old one and Jade made sure that every bit of the residue was scrubbed off and the protector was placed to perfection! Her customer service was A1, thanks Jade!

Madison easily made this our best experience we have ever had in a cell phone carrier store. We live 2.5 hours away and were visiting family for the holidays. My sister told us we needed to speak with her because she was "awesome". We did and once we left, we had switched carriers and were able to buy 3 new phones and 2 devices, all while saving money. She personally offered to drive to a different store to pick up a phone we needed.If we ever need anything else regarding Verizon, we will gladly make this drive just to go to her store.

My daughters phone suddenly quit charging. She hadn't back up her pictures and videos to her Icloud. She was upset because she thought she would lose everything. Ami went above and beyond to ensure nothing was lost. The most important thing Ami did was to ensure my daughter everything would be okay. The customer service that Ami has is amazing. She is the absolute best!!!
