The crews seems to know what they're doing and are very respectful, they take their time and pay attention to every crevice!

Short Story: The 1st job the sent non-professional men. For the 2nd job...they didn't even show up. When we called to discuss how unpleased we were, we were meet back with yelling and sorry excuses. Unacceptable. Never again. Please read why below.Unfortunately a service we were extremely happy to receive, turned south REAL fast. We reached out to Fleet Clean to have them take care of our "fleet"...imagine that. On the 1st day, they showed up with 2 men, not in uniform. They honestly looked like day labor. Immediately after showing up, one of the men asked for the closest convenience store, then left. He wasn't even there for 5 mins. So, 5 mins into the job, I was already down one day labor helper. However, the job did get done, and it's not like WE pay them by the hour, so oh well right? Well, we decided to give them another chance at showing their worth. Except for this time, THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP. I called and called and called. I even called the salesman Luke, he said he would get back to me with an answer....never did. I called the owner...both numbers straight to voicemail. I called the LOGISTICS COORDINATOR....nope no answer. WAIT IT GETS WORSE!!! Eventually, after the day was over, Chris the coordinator called me with some horrible excuse, stating that because it was pouring down raining where HE was at, he didn't feel the need to send truck cleaners to me. Yes, SOME of his clients CALLED HIM TO CANCEL. However, we never did. Instead of calling us to see what our plans were, Mr. Chris decided to make plans for us, and cancel our service. Now mind you IT WAS NOT RAINING AT OUR LOCATION......Now, this is the fun part. When Chris and I spoke.....HE GOT MAD AT MEEEEEEEEEEE...THE CLIENT....He literally yelled at me...told me our agreement was done...THEN HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Horrible customer service, dirty men, and no sense of responsibility. The cool thing is, my line is always recorded. So we have Chris recorded, yelling at us and hanging up. Also, if they were sooo worried about the rain...why didn't we get a call?? NEVER AGAIN!!!!
