“I HIGHLY recommend Diesel Plus. I was travelling from FL to KY to pick up a trailer and then headed back to FL, on my way north to KY I had emissions problems with my 2021 Duramax. They had my truck in the bays within minutes, diagnosed the problem, overnighted the parts and had me back on the road in about 30 hours. A dealership said it would be 10 days before they could even look at it. Did I mention this was days before Christmas and before an ice storm was coming. Me getting on the road was crucial and I was travelling alone. These guys know their stuff!! They are a group of good guys that you can tell genuinely enjoy their job. Me safely getting back on the road was their top priority. Harry did an amazing job and is definitely an asset to their mechanic team. Also left out I was travelling with my very protective aggressive dog in the backseat in a cage that they worked around me having to move my truck in and out. When it switched to Ringgold Service Center, we were a little nervous about the change, but we continued taking my Husband's truck there and sometimes my SUV. This place remains the only place we will take our cars if we can help it. (My car is newer, so some stuff is required to be done at the dealership...)They are honest, quick, don't act annoyed when I ask questions (I ask a lot of questions), and fair priced when they do find an issue. We send everybody we know here and they have not had one complaint.”

“I went there on August 23 & mike scedualed a apointment for Sept 11th to replace my clutch ranger, I took it there & they changed the clutch & gave it back to me saying my transmission was bad & need to be replaced because of the sloppy shifter, They didnt use new busshins when they remounted the shifter, Just a scam for more money & did a bad job bleeding my clutch & ive taken it to another shop to bleed the hydro clutch !I wont go back here again !”

“I give credit where credit is due, and Rick Worley and Son Inc. deserves more credit than I can give, by far. My sons and I were on the interstate yesterday evening headed to Lake Winnie from Cleveland, and as we were getting off the interstate in East Ridge I could tell that one of my front tires was going flat, fast. We pulled into the Mapco, and luckily a technician from Rick Worley and Son Collision and Towing just happened to pull in a few moments later. Without question, he pulled his truck over and offered to help. It was a bit tricky to find the puncture, because there was nothing stuck in the tire, and I’d already tried using Fix a Flat, with no success… but none the less, he found it, plugged it, and aired everything back up! I tried to pay him numerous times, and he absolutely refused! He said “just get your boys to Lake Winnie, don’t worry about it”.With everything going on in the world today, it was so awesome and humbling to just see people helping people again. I am beyond grateful, and will probably never be able to return the favor, but it’s an evening that we’ll never forget. Thank you Sir”

He gave me a ride home and took my car to his shop. By lunch the next day I’m fixed and ready to go with 2 tires. The traffic was horrible and nobody was yielding to me on side of I-75.
