I can't say enough positive things about this store. I was greeted by two of the staff as soon as I walked in. And Ms. Deniella helped me find what I needed about a minute later. This is the best walgreens that I've ever been to.

If I could leave this a less than one star I would. My daughter arrived in the drive thru line at 6:55 pm. last night with one car in front of her. When she pulled up to the window, it was 7:01pm and the pharmacy tech said "Too late, we're closed". My daughter told the woman that her prescriptions were ready, she just needed to pay for them. The tech proceeded to snap at her saying "WE ARE CLOSED!" My daughter purposely went to the drive thru as she was sick and didn't want to subject anyone else. I phoned the manager of the store who was on duty and they told me they have nothing to do with the pharmacy, that I would call back to speak with the pharmacy manager the next day. When my daughter had to drive 50 miles round trip to pick up her meds this morning, the manager, Felecia T., was equally rude to her. I decided NOT to call to speak with her as this would only exacerbate the situation. I made a formal complaint with corporate and they will be following up with me in 24 -48 hours. I also took to several social platforms explaining this is NOT typical Walgreen's customer service, it is these two pharmacy employees that need to be reprimanded for total and complete unprofessional customer service.

7 cars waiting in the prescription line that didn’t move for I can’t recall how long. Parked and went inside to find the lady at the window was chatting to a car line customer about shopping somewhere other than Walgreens for some reason. The pharmacist working the inside line (of 1 person) was doing nothing but chatting with the woman in line about nothing work-related. Seeing me standing there, she did nothing for several minutes but continue chatting and finally made some half-a$$ motion for someone else to help me. Apparently, my money wasn’t worth her time.
I finally got assistance from the only employee WORKING in this store—a blonde hair young man who’s worked there for years—great work ethic, very professional, very friendly, very fast. I’d recruit this guy to a better job if I could.
Take the advice I overheard from the lady working the car line—take your business elsewhere. The pharmacist working in the store needs to be looking for another job with a heavy-handed manager who can show her how to work like a professional adult…maybe somewhere where she can hone her customer service skills while cross-selling French fries.
I really hope that blonde young man can find a better place to work for twice+ the pay—he’s deserves it. In the meantime, the other two working the pharmacy should be begging at stoplights.
Now, on to moving my prescription refills to a competitor…

The pharmacist was rude and nasty. She snatched the phone from another employee and literally started hollering at me in front of my children. She is very disrespectful and lacks empathy and respect for people

I stopped in this store about 15 minutes before close to do the dorkiest thing ever... look for more blind-bag Stranger Things bag clips. I had purchased a bunch from a store closer to my house, but was missing two characters. So I was on a quest to find MORE of these adorable little collector's items. At first glance in this store, they didn't seem to have any left. But I stopped being shy and asked one of the employees if they had any in a place I wasn't looking, and I'm so glad I did! :) They had an entire box left of what I was looking for, on sale! I purchased the whole box, and managed to collect one of the two remaining figures I was looking for! So I'm still short one character, but I don't care! It was fun. And the two employees (I'm terrible and I didn't ask their names!) that were cleaning up for the night entertained my nerdy requests to find these toys. And they were so nice and excited for me when I was so happy that they pointed me in the direction of my treasure! :) I will go out of my way to go to this store in the future. It was a very clean, well-organized store, with the friendliest employees! Made my night! Thank you.

On Dec 16 my wife and I had the worst customer service ever. Wish we I took note of the employee’s name but it was whoever was working the drive up window at around noon. I had just gotten out of surgery and my wife called to see if all my Rxs were ready. She said “they are” and hung up. No personality at all. At pick up she only gave my wife 4 of the 5 Rxs and again not so much as a thank you or anything Again no personality. And to top it off the one med she missed was the pain meds needed to get through the night. So we had to pick up the next day after a sleepless night of intense pain. Thinking about changing pharmacy provider over this

I went there this morning and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jane. I was almost late for work but she didn’t know that she saw me pacing back and forth and lended a hand. She also found me a more cost effective brand of what I was looking for. Thank you Jane!

This Walgreens is horrible. Very slow, and the people are rude. They took over 3 hours to have my prescription ready and then for one of them they sent it to the wrong walgreens.

Awful experience's refilling a recurring prescription. Every single month there is some issue getting my prescription, from the dr wrote it wrong to there was an insurance problem to we are out of stock. I will be taking my business elsewhere, I can't even put into words how frustrating they have been, it literally is mind blowing.

Ordered auto-refill seizure medication for my dog at this location (Lost Mtn). Got approved notification it would be ready the next day at 11am. Went to pick it up two days later & was not ready. Walgreens at this location said they never received Vet approval. Called Vet clinic and they said they faxed it on 8/08/22 and would fax again. The pharmacist still did not receive fax. Got on phone with Vet while in drive thru to verify fax number and they wanted Vet to call them. This is a very unorganized location. Why is it so difficult to get medication from a pharmacy when you have been getting the same prescription from the same Vet?!

If you want a prescription filled, you might want the doctor to send it over a day or two in advance. This pharmacy is absurdly understaffed and not accommodating to sick people. I'm moving my business to Publix which is literally across the street. Today, my doctor had to leave a voicemail message because they didn't answer the phone. The associate at the drive through window said it would take 4 hours to get it filled. Bu that time, they will be closed. Trust me, go anywhere else.

Absolutely horrendous service! Poor Store Manager with zero customer service skills. Pharmacy workers are a joke. Their only concern is to stop working 10 minutes before quitting time!Do yourself a favor and find another store chain! I will never spend a red cent at this one. I’m actually at CVS while I’m writing this review. The customer service, store cleanliness, and willing to help is vastly superior to Walgreens!!!
