Small business. Apparently they get a lot of shoplifters because you will see quite a few 5x7 pictures hanging on the counter of those who have violated. If you can get the lady behind the counter to pay full attention to you good luck. But generally when she is paying attention she is of help. Not very friendly but more direct. Basically it's a get what you need and get out type of establishment. And that's mostly what I do. But I do expect a hello and a thank you when going and if I don't get it then I just don't get anything and go elsewhere. So most times I get it.
