Gave Russ Chamberlain a chance to do the right thing and he decided not to. Where to start..Had my 1979 Firebird Formula for 7 months sitting outside in the heat. His drunk mechanic Rick fixed 1 leak, smeared grease in my brand new interior, left a paper with written notes for my new carburetor on the seat which leached into the brand new camel tan deluxe interior seat cover and ruined it. Brand new 1979 Trans Am special edition steering wheel cracked from being left outside in the sun. Car is damaged from sitting outside. Was a list of about 6-8 things that were supposed to be done, 1 thing got done and I had to find the parts for my car all over his shop I brought to be put in that were taken from the trunk but never put in. Then Rick had the nerve to be rude and smart with me.Russ also had my 1999 2 door Chevy Tahoe in to have a motor put in. He towed it from my house. Paid him $1800 cash to buy the motor. He never bought the motor, kept my money and my truck and closed his shop down. No phone calls, no texts, nothing. I had to pay to have my truck towed out of his shop lot where it sat for a year. Battery dead, new tires flat spotted, money gone.Did business with Russ for over 10 years. Not sure what happened to him but I was nothing but nice to him and he totally screwed me. Ruined my vehicles and took my money.Next stop small claims court.

Didn’t want to give one star. This place had a bus for church for 3 weeks said he was waiting on part. Come to find out he hasn’t even looked at it. Once we complained he “fixed it” $8500 later we picked it up, drove it 250 miles and it quit. He wouldn’t back up his work or replace his work. Supposedly a good person…. NOPE!! Do Not take anything to this place!!! He will rob you blindService: Engine repair

Does not keep their word.Has had our truck for 7 weeks for a 3 week job.will not answer phone and stays closed.i understand people have hardships but let your customers know what's going on with their vehicle.will not answer phone or return your call his truck since june for warranty work and still no engine.has taken around $8000.00 and we still have no engine for truck and he will not answer his phone.stay away from this guy.this guy has skipped out on a lot of people will not contact you or answer calls think he has blocked us but karma always gets those who messes with people

Excellent Service highly recommended. Employees committed to completing jobs as quickly as possible for the benefit of the client. They serve you in English or Spanish, as you prefer to make it easier to communicate. I really liked my experience with their services.

I took my car to this shop because the owner had serviced my car for over 10 years, unfortunately, he sold it, but gave me his Word l was in good hands. I paid $4500 for an engine and the car stopped working after 4 weeks, not to mention that it took over 2 months to get my car back. There are some damage to the wiring that holds the battery and the hood doesn't lock. As a senior citizen and trusting the owner, l didn't know what was done to my car, until l had it towed off of the 85. When I called to complain, the phone has been disconnected. I have driven on site 3 times, 2 times, l was told that a tow truck would be coming to pick-up my car; that never happened, the 3rd time l stood outside and knocked on the front door, walked around to the service area and knocked, never got a response. My entire family was going to this shop, my son in-law and my grandson have had similar problems which also includes repeated trips to the shop trying to talk with the owner; unfortunately, we all went to have our car serviced around the same time. This is a warning to all those who are considering this repair shop!
