They were fast!!! At the Fayetteville location you can be in line 30 minutes or more, and they're rude. This location was very quick and the employees friendly.

So bad it could have been a sitcom. Felt like I was on an episode of MTVs Punked.
Absolute awful experience. I showed the clerk my return label and was instructed to go to Staples to get it printed. okay, fine. Once I returned, I was instructed to PURCHASE packing tape to add the label to a USPS PURCHASED mailer. When it was all said and done, the clerk looked at the label again and advised it wasn’t a USPS return label. I am accountable for misreading label but dang, l would have hoped someone could’ve have noticed the label that wasn’t theirs to begin with so as not to waste my time and money. BTW - I was told /after/ purchasing tape that there is FREE tape. Again, fine but when we tried to leave the tape for other customers that may need it in the future, we were told all customers must purchase a new roll. What??
What a waste of time and resources.
0/10 would not recommend

There is a woman that was working at the left service desk at 3:55PM that absolutely SUCKS. Entitled, rude, refuse to answer simple questions. Even rolled her eyes at me. And I typically love this post office. We all know post offices suck but this used to a really good place honestly.

They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck!
The usual gobment workers, can't do nuthin, gotta go online b.s. I've had 2 separate shipments going to Canada that has only cycled around Atlanta for 3 weeks. More gobment incompetence. Yet they can't do nuthin here (the original shipping location). No refund, no return, nuthin.
Save yourself time, money, headaches and hassle and U-S-E F-E-D-E-X. You'd be better off strapping it to a mule and giving it a slap versus using the post office.
They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck! They suck!

Went there for some information we were confused about. We spoke to a clerk at the counter named Angela. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and honest when answering our questions. We were so grateful to have spoken with her. If you go to this post office, ask for Angela, you won't be disappointed.

I came in on April 4th for passports for my daughter and son and the scheduled appointment time for 1:15 and 1:30pm. Because they are minors, my husband took off of work to get it done. As soon as we got there one of the female postal workers said that the clerk that does passports just went to lunch. They knew we had an appointment and still went to lunch. This isn't the first time they have done this. Please bring a private mail service in so that we can get rid of the post offices. The employees are always unhappy and not helpful

I used the PTC office to send a package back to a store. Since the day I sent it, I've been receiving weird text messages from "Unknown" numbers. They opened several groups called USPS.They ask for personal information and provide links to webpages (which I haven't clicked).I guess or someone in the office is providing phone numbers or they have a security breach.I don't know where to notify this.

Only because 0 stars isn't available to select. The prototypical government bureaucracy ("monopoly") that one can't avoid for letters, etc. Invariably lousy service when in person with rude employees that will ignore you for a long chat with their coworkers. A line of 4 or 5 people can easily take 20+ minutes, even when 2 or 3 "workers" are there. Also, this is the only post office I've ever seen that does not have an outside letter drop off. It was vandalized well over a year ago and rather than replace it, they removed it (less work for them, get it?). For home, very late mail delivery (sometimes after 8:00 PM!). There is no way to critique them using their web site as it requires your name and address (no retribution there, right?). All in all the worst post office I've ever used.

This is staffed by the worst possible employees of any post office I have ever been to in 40 years. They embody every negative stereotype of rude, unhelpful and absolute laziness of government employee. I’ve never seen people work so hard to NOT actually do any work in my life. We had an appointment for our minors passports confirmed. Because we didn’t show up on “his list” he automatically said he would not do it. No exceptions. Despite the allotment time being open and NO OTHER customers in the office, he refused to be helpful or process it. A complete lack of professionalism or willingness to accomplish their function as an entity designed to provide citizens a service. Our tax dollars are completely wasted on ineffective, lazy and useless bureaucrats who become petty tyrants enjoying telling people “no.”
