No AC right now or something because it was really warm. They had fans set up where they could, but I really felt bad for the employees. They all looked fantastic and my wife got the first haircut she's been happy with in years.

I was in the store yesterday and I was amazed at the wonderful customer service! A sweet lady asked if she could help me find anything and when I described what I was looking for she explained that they no longer have that brand but she offered to go look up what product would be the best replacement. She was back shortly with several suggestions. When I chose one she then mentioned that there was a travel size if I would like to try the product before purchasing the large bottle. She then went in search for it and quickly found it for me. I was so impressed by the professional and yet personal demeanor of the employee. Thank you so much!

I never leave bad reviews but in this instance, its a must. As a business owner myself, I find that constructive criticism is necessary for growth & improvement.I was in the store this past Saturday 12/11/2021. The store was busy as expected for the holidays. At the front of the store was an older makeup clerk and what I can only assume were a few sales clerks. They all turned their noses up and weren't greeting the entering customers (which I believe is their job). That didn't bother me as I realize its the holidays, the general public is rude & it was 6:30 pm so the day must have been taxing.What did bother me and compelled me to write this review was the fact that they loudly & viciously were talking badly about various customers that were shopping including myself. I am unsure if they didn't think that the entire store could hear them squawking, pointing and laughing or they simply did not care.It is extremely unproductive to sit at the front of the store (your place of employment) & promptly decimate every customer who walks thru the door... Whether they picked apart their outfits or what their make up looked liked, whether they looked like they had "actual money' to spend & even their bodies is completely unacceptable at any point in time. They could have at least tried to whisper....Rather than stand there and outline peoples errors when applying makeup, why not make suggestions & perhaps even a sale? What a concept... Whatever inferiority complex they suffer from was clearly showing. Perhaps they need to be replaced by people that actually want to make sales & help the customers walking thru the door not crudely try to tear people apart. The very people that contribute to them even having jobs by being patrons to Ulta. I hope that this is addressed because it is terrible for business. I almost proceeded to ask them why they felt it was necessary but if we are being brutally honestly their opinions of anyone's make up, perfume, clothes & especially their bodies are irrelevant. Maybe they are aware of their irrelevance & putting customers down somehow boost their ego.Either way that's an ugly no amount of makeup could ever cover...

I had a wonderful experience today with my online pickup. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter who was with me at the time. The staff was very accommodating when I asked them be discreet about the item at checkout. They also complimented her makeup and made her feel special.

Never one to leave a bad review but I think the employees thought I was trying to steal or something. I spend a while in Ulta just browsing and testing products all the time. Kept getting weird eye contact with employees and then one just randomly pops up on me asking if I need help. If I did, I would ask. And I did ask a couple of times but this lady was nowhere near me. Literally appeared out of nowhere. I’m dressed comfortably in sweatpants, a t shirt, and I have a hat on and I’m Asian in a predominantly white area. Won’t be going to this Ulta anymore. And I spent over $150 here!

Today I had my 1st hair cut experience in Ulta Peachtree city with Sarah . Iam so happy with my hair cut and highly recommend her. She is an expert hairdresser with very friendly manner.

I hate that this is the closet location to me only 15 minutes from home, because the service is horrible. More often than not when I come in I’m never greeted… while the Caucasian customers are greeted… the employees often avoid eye contact or just watch me walk around… no one offers help it’s just really sad. There was one woman ONE TIME who was very friendly with red hair… but everyone else not at all. Because I love Ulta, I’ll likely just drive to another location where I’m greeted and feel welcomed.

My daughter went to lighten her hair after box dying it....told her not to. This person actually lightened it up to a red from dark brown, my daughter was happy so I was happy, called and gave a “good” review. We made an appointment for a few weeks later and had to cancel twice due to illness . Got a call from That person stating we could not come back if we did not confirm next appointment (gave plenty notice, ...had no.....no shows!) I will take my business elsewhere, all the things going on in the world today.... your mad about re-scheduled appointments! That’s pathetic!!!

Was okay. This one seems smaller, but maybe that's just me. Either way, everyone was wearing masks and the store was clean overall. Check out was fast, and the store was not too crowded. The associates there were 50/50 some friendly, some not so much. I prefer the Newnan location.
