“Love this store!Purchased a chainsaw from here and wasn’t too happy with it. Took it back, reported the problem, and was able to swap it out, paying the difference for a totally different saw.There was no interrogation, and I wasn’t made to feel like some idiot consumer that didn’t know what he was talking about. I spent money, wasn’t happy with my initial purchase, and they took care of me… it was that simple.Jason, I appreciate you and your team! Thank you for not haggling me and making things right!
