I have mixed feelings about this place. It’s not very busy, it’s clean, and has like 10 play sets for playing. Those are all huge positives. The negative is big too though, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. So if you’re trying to play inside and not sweat in 90 degree Georgia weather this doesn’t quite make the cut. However, I’m assuming they have heat so you’d be great if you’re avoiding cold or rain.

My entire experience with Superior Play Systems was exceptional. Chris and brothers were top notch installers. If you get a basketball hoop ask for the Chris team. These guys are awesome and so nice. They even marked my free throw line and three point line! Elaine E

If it’s anything other than installing a playground I’d stay clear away from this company. Their customer service is the worst. Once they have your money, you will have to call them repeatedly to get anything done. I’ve been waiting for my basketball court since August! And it’s now November! They waited a full month to put the order in to Versacourt, even though I paid them in full in August. And now that it’s ready, despite the promise for a quick install once it was ready, now they have me waiting another 9 days to get on the schedule. When I complained about it, the manager Al, lied and said it wasn’t in stock yet and there was a mix up, even though he told me last week it would be ready by end of week. This company is the worst! I wish I would have known the lengths they would go to take people money and not deliver on their promises. A 1 month project has turned to 4 due to their negligence. Just shop directly with the vendor and cut out the lying middle man! I wish I had.

Great selection, service and prices. Had the trampoline and accessories I needed and was able to get a great end of year sale. Kids love the new toy in the backyard and will enjoy for years to come. Thanks

This was the worst experience ever. They take all your money upfront instead of just a deposit and a swingset that was ordered in April for a June delivery FINALLY delivered 9/3/2020. Then to make matters worse, the bucket swing colors that I ordered were not sent, they substituted a different color, never told me and there has been no follow up by this company as to when i am getting the right ones. It is 2 weeks since delivery and i had to call them to find out what is going on.....get your sets from somewhere else...aggravation not worth it nor did they offer any compensation for all the delays!

Sale was simple and the set was delivered on time. The installers did a great job and walked me through the process to make sure the set was positioned exactly how we wanted it. Overall we are happy with the playscape, however the engineering on the swings have large metal pieces around where your hips are and they dig into you.
