Great prices, high quality, we have know Kevin for ages and he has done nothing but honest help. If you are a used car auto dealer, you should know staying away from German cars isnt always a bad idea when it comes to re-sale, but SSF make you so confident to buy as you no longer need to used the cheap quality autozone or advance auto parts or etc.... for German manufacturers because they simply can not compete with OEM parts quality, but guess what SSF can ! Thank you

The most racist and discriminating place I've ever worked. They continuously hire people while "letting others go" due to "company shortage." A huge Hispanic population work here and they never get fired, ironically majority of the managers are also Hispanic. I told them I don't speak Spanish, even though I know a lot. The female Hispanic workers continuously gossip about other none Hispanic workers in Spanish. They harassed me constantly while I was in training and snitched saying people wasn't working while talking and watching others and not working themselves. I was fired by text after wasting gas driving there due to "company shortage" after only working 2 weeks there. This is the most unprofessional racist work environment I ever had the displeasure to work.

After over a decade of doing business with German Auto they were recently bought out by SSF and are now "too big to care". They have decided that they no longer deliver to us, a shop 4 miles away that orders thousands of dollars in parts, but when I pull up to will call I see delivery drivers loading their cars with small to medium sized orders addressed to my competitors over 10 to 15 miles away!If you have to talk to anyone is sales or customer service outside the Atlanta office you will be met with incompetence and apathy! They simply don't know how to solve problems.Worldpac Worldpac Worldpac!!! There is nothing you can't get from Worldpac that you would have to put up with SSF for! Worldpac's prices are better and they will deliver a $2 part to you at 4 in the afternoon with a smile! If you are a shop owner and considering doing business here just know you will have to jump through hoops for the displeasure of doing business with SSF whereas Worldpac and many dealerships local to you are making if faaaar more economical and professional to do business with them instead.

SSF mostly only carry parts for European cars... Some for Asian cars... And some others, No Domestics... Parts reps are pretty good. Picking up parts is a pain sometimes. And they have a large inventory of parts.

The Pandemic did not stop this people from dishonest and careless practice.This sale was an intentional fraud. They placed a broken radiator, that was returned to them by someone else, with a damaged box into new box, and shipped to me as a new one. This is ridiculous to treat customers like that. Scammers!. This is the best European wholesaler. Have been doing business with SSF(formerly German Auto Parts) for over ten years. Every person I have spoke with is so kind and helpful. Cannot speak highly enough about Tom and Kevin. They have been there for me for years and I consider them friends. Yuri is hands down the best courrier in the US. This niche in the industry demands quality parts, pricing, timeliness, and customer service; all of which I have received over the last decade. You guys are awesome!
