I always have a good experience when I come here. I haven't been here in a while, just because of the location and I'm rarely on that side of town. Great products great service, the gentleman that helped me was especially accommodating I had a few questions and he was great!

I had an issue with an order and Terez went above and beyond the call of duty to fix it. You can not ask for better customer service and the quality of their products speak for themselves. Loyal Customer since 2021.

I came from Riverdale!! I was blown away inside. My typical store in McDonough doesn't have much to look at. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Staff was extremely helpful, being it was my 1st time in. I am definitely going back, but that 75n traffic I have to wrap my head around.

Perfect prints and I love how quick they are.I currently have an issue with getting through via email as some of my prints were missing. Usually they respond quickly and mail the prints that were missing by mistake. Overall great company!

I absolutely adore this place! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they go out of their way to answer all your questions. They provide clear directions on how to use their products, making it easy to get started with any project. The store offers a huge variety of options to choose from, and the pricing is very affordable. It's definitely a one-stop-shop for all your crafting needs. I felt so amazed when I walked in, and it was the best feeling ever to touch, see, and learn about everything I saw. I asked lots of questions, and each staff member was attentive and helpful. I had never been to a physical store to purchase vinyl before, so this was a truly wonderful experience for me. I ended up telling so many people about it! I especially loved the different DTF's and vinyl they had, and the examples they showed of all the assorted vinyl's were really helpful. Keep up the great work! I can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended!

There's a reason I drive 25 minutes and past several other vinyl stores to go to this one! Their customer service is top notch, they are always so friendly and helpful, and my orders are always ready quickly and accurately. Not to mention their vinyl really does weed like butter! Give them a try and you won't be disappointed!

They keep everything well-stocked. The store is neat and clean. Items and prices need to be labeled more clearly for newbies and vets. Prices are a little high on some items, such as those on the back wall, and a few other vinyls. They have a great variety of items for crafters and end users, specials, bundles, and great seasonal and sports selections. The staff is knowledgeable and there are displays of what can be done with the materials.

I will go back because the customer service was excellent… But I was wondering does anybody find the vinyl to be extremely hard to pull away from the sticky part… I normally shop at hobby lobby or Amazon and it is pretty easy to pull off… For some reason the vinyl here was extremely hard for me to pull off and it takes a lot of heat to stick… They should explain the settings that their vinyl should be on because it is not the same as other brands .

The best HTV around! Love this place! I’ve never had any issues with their products! The staff is always friendly and always eager to help. I recommend this to anyone that loves to craft and make some shirts! They also have all sorts of glitters and tumblers and so much more!!!

My experience with perfectpresshtv formerly known as Jsi signs has always been an awesome experience.I started using them during the pandemic getting orders shipped when I started my business. once they opened their doors to the public , I then went into the store and built a great business relationship with the employee in which are all helpful! This store literally has just about anything you need for custom crafts when it comes to shirts , cups , signs , sublimation , vinyl and so on … I can go on and on .. but I frequent the store a lot and have referred 100’s of people to them !
