I can not say enough good things about “T”. He worked some magic and got my truck out of a tight spot without touching a blade of grass at the residence I was at. He was there in a timely manner and was great company in bringing me to my mechanic. I was 32 miles from mechanic and he didn’t complain! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and when/if needed, they will be my first call for future services!Service: Car towing

I don’t remember his name but him and his brother came to tow my car because my emergency brake would not go off. I appreciate these two guys for helping us so much. They were kind enough to stay with us, as long as they could to try to get the brake light off. 10/10 I recommend them!!!! They have a good heart and care a lot for their customersService: Car towing

My car broke down in the heart of rush hour. I have roadside assistance from my insurance so I scheduled it with me insurance. They gave me an estimated tool time three hours away. This was not good as it was 98° outside doing rush-hour. I called several other tow truck companies with similar estimated times. I kept trying different tow truck companies and came across Metro City towing. A few seconds into my conversation with them the stress went away. They seemed genuinely concerned about my situation and proceeded to head out my way with help. When they arrived they were extremely professional and gave off good vibes. I had only had to use tow service fortunately only twice in my life before and it was a horrible service. Metro city towing is the Best. I hope I don’t but should I need them in future I’m definitely calling them first.

These Guys are the absolute best. They arrive quickly and charge a very fair price. They are the only tow company I trust. They’ve towed My 2004 Porsche 911 Turbo that sits low to ground with expert service. They’ve towed a BMW i8, Mercedes E63, a Ferrari 360 and each time I’m impressed with the service and professionalism! They treat your car like it theirs, they are super friendly and I’m thankful for them each time they’ve helped me out!Service: Car towing

I called and customer service seems to be pretty friendly, but without a doubt their is some DISHONEST people working there am sure it’s not everybody but the person that was helping me was dishonest so watch out. I was waiting patiently for my tow truck and 1 hour past and nothing yet, 2 hours past and nothing, I run my own business to and so I know sometimes things do happen so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but than three hours pass and still nothing, so I decide to call and was told “ oh we were there and called you but it just went to voice mail “. Which was complete b.s my call log says other wise but he still continued to deny truth. If ur gunna take 3 hours long at least inform the customer and update them on wats going on so they don’t have to wonder Where tf u are and if ur even gunna show up or not. And last but not least just be honest and man up to ur actions, don’t be a pu$$y next time u know who u are. ( TOW TRUCK NEVER SHOWED UP COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME )Service: Local hauling

Had a flat and the driver was at my location with in an hour. Very good for Atlanta traffic. He was very nice fellow. Had my car loaded on his truck in no time.
