Called the pharmacy to check on the status of filling my prescription, they said to come in 30 min. I got there for them to tell me they were out of that medicine. No phone call to let me know, nothing, a waste of my time.

This CVS lost my same-day photo order. I had my order number and confirmation email and they said they couldn't find me in the system and just told me to reprint them. How can you not find me in the system when I'm showing you my confirmation number and that the pictures were ordered to that store? Horrible customer service - just save yourself the trouble and order to Walgreens.

Extremely long wait times (waited 30 minutes at noon, was told to come back in the afternoon, waited 45 minutes and issue is still unresolved, software failures?!)Staff didn’t inform me, they just kept me waiting.

The manager was extremely rude and annoying. Has no type of customer service skills I wonder what the hell he did to get a job in general. Wouldn't stop commenting on my appearance and asking personal questions like what gym do I go to. All the crap he was saying was mean and unnecessary he clearly saw I was being short with him still decided to keep going, I should have cussed him out and roasted him On his ugly acne since he kept talking about my face. How you work at cvs & don't got a skin care routine. I don't think his parents ever taught him If you don't have nothing nice to say don't say nothing at all. I'll be back to find out his name

The manager, I believe his name is Michael, is rude and far from knowing how to handle customers. I hope his upper management talks to him about his way of handling customers and also signs him up for some customer service courses. Disappointed...

CVS is a horrible co. The pharmacist is rude and lacks any empathy. She should not be in a customer relations business. They do not follow customer requests and they are sooooooo slow. CVS does not staff for the customers but for money.

This was the most nasty bathroom! How can this be essentially open durning the time of covid19. This is ridiculous, it's clear that they haven't cleaned this bathroom in days. Maybe weeks! This is not acceptable. This business does not deserve to be open.

After telling us they had thermometers, my wife went to the store to get one and the lady there said they didn't have any. That's a lie because another employee said they had 2. They literally lied to her just so that they wouldn't give it. My wife's mom has diabetes and she just brushed it off. This is a terrible location. Wow, can't believe they would do that during a pandemic. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Update: My wife (who is Asian) came back and said that the manager named Sharon, who walked around the corner and gave a rude comment under her breath. She said, "if it wasn't for you people eating those things, we wouldn't have this problem". What manager says that? Stay away from this store! Very racist manager! Will be reporting this incident.
