My experience from top to bottom was great. Got an appointment quickly to go over my options to change my tub/shower into a walk-in shower.
Tim was polite and professional and clearly explained the benefits of going with Bath Fitters rather than a variety of contractors.
A couple weeks later Felix and Pedro arrived and within five hours they got the job done impeccably well. I've been using the shower for a week and am very happy with the results.

Our installer, John, was prompt arriving and expedient completing the install. He was very cordial and communicated clearly about the process. He was extra careful moving in and about as he worked. He kept us informed with progress on the job. The install was efficiently concluded and looks great. He briefed us on care for our new tub. I couldn’t have hoped for a better result.

Great experience with Pedro, the BathFitter installer. He was able to complete the job in a single day and our guest tub + shower has never looked better. Pedro was on time, professional, communicated well throughout the install and cleaned up after the job was complete. Feel confident with Pedro who has 20+ years experience. BathFitter gets a big thumbs up. Salesperson Brian was A+ as well. Highly recommend.

22 years after our Bath Fitter installation we were in need of a repair due to water collecting underneath our tub. It was a sealing problem that we were unaware of. Fred was dispatched very quickly after I contacted the lovely staff who wanted me to smile every time I needed to call. It so rare to be able to speak with an actual person when you make a customer service call these days. Very refreshing!
Fred even came early. Fred was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Our tub was repaired in 3 hours! Our lifetime warranty took care of the charges. Needless to say, we are beyond impressed with the amazing customer service we received from the moment the first call was made. We recommend Bath Fitters to anyone who needs a bath remodel!

Had my daughters tub converted to a shower. The technicians, Markerry Hatten and Fred Rice, did an excellent job. I had done the demo work beforehand because I put in new plumbing (from attic instead of thru slab). They did a superb job installing the valve and shower head, it will not come loose in my lifetime, lol. They installed the proper drywall and installed the shower. They were very meticulous and made every effort not to get any debris in the house. The end result was amazing. During inspection and checkout one of the shower doors seals was not seating properly. They told me it would have to be replaced. Shortly after that they came out and replaced the seal, realigned the doors and sealed the edges. Very pleased. I had gotten a quote for our master bathroom garden tub conversion and will be doing it by the end of the year. Would recommend.

Great experience from beginning to end. Brian was great with explaining the process and calculations. He was very professional knowledgeable and patient. Markerry Hatten was the icing on cake. Markerry covered my floors before he started and it only got better from there. I was so amazed with his work and knowledge of the company and product. This young man did an excellent job. I am very happy with my beautiful tub and walls.

Can't say enough great things about John Strickland. He is personable, professional, courteous, and efficient. He got the job done quickly and the outcome was mind-blowing. I had gotten quotes from other companies, but this one ended up beating them all and really delivered on what they promised. I will definitely request John for any future needs.

This was a gift to my Mom for Mother’s Day. From the time Timothy came for the consult to the installation with Fred, they were all a pleasure to deal with. It’s tough finding people that do what they say they will do. Highly recommend!
