Trinity Tax Services is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We moved from another state and had sold 2 homes, and have an out of state business that is still up and running. Went to get a quote after they told me how much I was expecting back they told me there fee are $600 when I said I'm going somewhere else they put my W2's in a folder when I asked for them back they said $50 to get my W2 until I said I was going to make a police report and call the IRS on the they gave me the W2s

Tammy, totally appalled by her lack of professionalism and communication skills. I have been living and working abroad in Beijing, China and my wife lives in Newnan. We picked Trinity for the high ratings and Tammy stated she was very familiar with international tax preparation - HUGE LIE - she is CLUELESS!! (my last tax person had a heart attack and passed away in PTC - RIP)After sending her all our tax information, we never heard from her again. We called and called - ZERO RESPONSE! Email after email - ZERO RESPONSE! - showed she read the email but no reply. Final, received an email after, I requested my documentation be deleted and destroyed. She stated she was out of town for two weeks. A business owner goes on vacation during tax season? What business owner doesn’t use an email auto reply?We missed the deadline for tax day for both Federal and State. Now we have found a new Tax service that is ran by US VETERAN. I recommend that you stay away and avoid this company. I have email and phone logs to back this up! Tammy is useless!
