After recently totaling my car, I have had to go through the motions of all things that come with it and Cassidy and Rebekah at State Farm- Trey Rhodes office have been wonderful. Everything considered, this whole process has been painless and easy. Everyone has followed up promptly and made this as smooth and expedited as it could be. Highly recommend!

I have been using State Farm for years, and they are always helpful. BUT I recently worked with Cassidy Carter, and she was exceptionally helpful and she did not waste any time getting me what I needed! I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you Cassidy!! I was searching for a quote for my family. Rebekah Barnett explained EVERYTHING to me. I purchased a policy that I feel good about. You can always buy a policy online. But having an agent hold your hand through the process is so much better. I feel confident now. Rebekah's customer service has me recommending her to my friends and family.

I shopped around auto insurances for about 6 months, forgetting about it when I got busy then picking it back up again months later having forgotten everything I'd done so far. Rebekah texted me my quote when I first spoke to her so that it would be easy for me to come back to it, and when I messaged back four months later she remembered EVERY detail of our conversation previously so that we were able to easily dive back in and sign me up for coverage. That's a top tier agent!

We were completely exposed and risking half a million - the biggest C.Y.A catastrophe we’d ever faced. Then we put our details into a website and unknowingly entered the insurance matrix. Simultaneous calls from All-50-States and no one could help us. Zebras and Hippos were chasing us. Our Mutual Liberties were in peril and Farmers were Regressive to the point of a Nation-Wide crisis.Then we met Emily, sweet, unfazed, and an expert who got us all the cover we could want at a very reasonable rate. Only one other provider would cover us and the constraints were hideous. Emily made it simple.Take the red pill, get offline, go with the biggest insurer in the nation and call Emily.

Joshua was extremely helpful in a time that was very stressful and overwhelming for me. He explained everything so clearly and made sure that I understood everything about my policies and why State Farm structures their policies in certain ways to benefit the customer.
