We did not have a relationship with this Vet. After 29 years our loyal companion Montana decided it was his last day on our farm. He was down and declining near the end. We called for compassionate care to help him transition without suffering any longer. They came as soon as possible to assist us during this difficult time. We were treated like family and they were so gentle and respectful to Montana. It was peaceful and we are forever grateful for their services. We received a beautiful gift today that we will treasure forever. This is worth sharing because these people are professionals before curing and after their services. Thanks to all who made the trip, provided the care, answered the phone and created a beautiful memorial gift from his tail. Sincerely, Joe & Angie

I have a mare who has been having neurological issues. Thankfully I was able to have Rebecca Erwin from Southern Crescent Equine out and she and the vet student with here were lovely. Here is hoping things are on the up for my girl. They got out as soon as possible and I cannot thank them enough. Awesome service from these folks and you can tell they care about the animals and owners they are working for. ??

I came to the clinic to get x-rays and Dr. Erwin was great in getting them done with my horse being very calm and without sedation. She took her time showing me the images and comparing them to previous ones, and discussing options. Thank you!

I cannot say enough great things about Southern Crescent Equine Services! Dr. Katie Winkles was such a pleasure to work with. She was great when Doc was being a pain but most of all stubborn and taught us several things we didn’t know. Heather, the lovely lady I spoke with when I called was able to fit us in the schedule next day for a farm visit. They were both super friendly. If you do not have a large animal vet (or yours isn’t so attentive) please give them a call!

Made the call after hours. The answering service sent the message to the on call Dr. and I received a pleasant call back within minutes. The Doctor/Vet/Awesome Person responded and arrived quicker than ever expected. Handled the issue with Coal and did all this with the best attitude. The world would be a better place with more good people like this Doctor. Thank you
