Penalized by the state because they filed my return late after saying “it would be fine.” Lesson learned to not use these people again, and will be requesting a refund.

They are there to collect a check. As a district manager i can definitively say that there are hundreds of better companies that will give greater service and knowledge. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!! You will regret it. I gave them a 2 because at least they have a door ?

As an employee of Quality Tax Service for 10 we provide A+ service. We go out our way to please each and every one that enters the door and rings the telephone. Our ultimate goal is not to perform 100% percent service, but 200% to make sure each and everyone is treated fair and equal. Mr. KHAMBRELL DJABDULJUBAR isn't a client of ours and has never been to our office. We don't know of him and hasn't performed any services for him so please disregard his review.

What an awesome experience! I would truly send everyone I know from near and far to these fine ladies. I felt like I knew them personally from the moment I walked through the door. My return was more than I expected and the fees were the cheapest I have ever seen. My prior tax person fees were double what I ended up paying her and it did not take forever. I was in and out! I wish this business great prosperity and overflow of business. Great job ladies!

I usually do my taxes with TurboTax but since things were a little more complicated this year due to having a dependent, I decided that I wanted to see a real person so I didn't screw things up. I received a recommendation through a friend to go see the ladies here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted and felt very welcome. There was a small wait but it wasn't too terrible. Once Stephanie called me back and started on my taxes, I felt really comfortable with her. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of the questions that I had about everything and finished me up within a timely fashion. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!
