Worst company ever, I wouldn’t even give them a 1 if there was anything lower , we have been without internet for over a week, 2 men came out Saturday and it still doesn’t work, I have been on hold for over 2 hours nobody ever answers. I don’t know what to do at this point.

Ditto with what Matthew has said. Nulink was good compared to what WOW is. WOW! I can't believe how this service sucks! WOW! How inept this customer service is! WOW! I can't believe I am wasting hours of my life trying to get a phone working that should have been working a week ago!!

This company is a joke I have had them for 22 years and they just keep going up my internet and cable has been off and on for 6 months and my bill continues to rise they will not update any promotions and the customer service is horrible, they even suggested today for me to go to Xfinity what a joke

I down graded my service months ago and it’s still going up every month I went from the bundle and package to the 24.99 then it’s still making me pay 77.99 there are some good customer service reps the guys but the ladies never seems to be any help

Too bad they dont give you a score below 1. Because worst cable company ever. Wish Nulink was still in business. Cable freezes constantly have to reset whole system everytime I turn it on sometimes takes an hour if you can get it to come on. Call customer service every night and all they try to do is charge me for upgrades and then charge for a tech to come out which works for a few hours. And forgot to mention Im only 1000 feet away from their main office.

The internet in Sharpsburg is out yet again.Of course, when you call, there’s no phone option to report an outage as there should be.They need to add an option specifically for reporting outages!

If you have any option at all, it's better than this. I can't understand why every customer they have doesn't leave and can't believe they have enough customers and money to afford their stupid tv commercials.

It was unreasonably difficult to get our internet turned on but customer service is always helpful. Even after we got it turned on an I made a mistake, not realizing it was an error on my end and they still helped me through it. I give only 3 stars because the technicians were the reason we kept having issues getting service to begin with.

Now known as Wow...the people at this facility went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue with WoW...I was told by WoW there was not a drop box in my area to return my equipment. They were suppose to be mailing me a return box which never arrived. Instead they billed me for the equipment after me calling several times to get the return box for the equipment. I eventually looked up this location and seen that there was actually a drop box located there for equipment returns. I can't believe that they lied about the drop box! THE 1 ⭐️ STAR IS NOT FOR THIS NULINK LOCATION BUT FOR WoW..

Nightly outages that start anywhere from about 5-10pm and they most of the time don’t come back up and running till the morning and even then there usually an outage between 10am-12pm. It’s a joke of an internet service.

If I could give WOW less than 1 star, I would.I moved to Newnan 20 years ago. My internet services was with with Newnan Utilities, then Nu Link took over, and then WOW took over from Nu Link. In all those years I was mostly satisfied until WOW took over.I was always able to talk with a person in America with a problem and if need be, I could go to their office, but not with WOW. Now getting hold of a person is like pulling teeth.I finally got to talk with someone (from outside the USA) and he got frustrated with me and told me to go with ATT and hung up on me. So, yesterday ATT showed up and installed the Fiber Cable. 3 times the speed for the same price. WOW definitely earned their name but not in a positive way or meaning. If I need anything I can call ATT or go down to the ATT store.

Not a customer but one of your drivers pulled into my drive way. I guess when he realized he was in the wrong place he decided to back out and drive all over my grass. No idea why he/she couldn't back out straight like they pulled in. It's incredibly disrespectful. I would tell others not to use your service but all of the other reviews already convey that message.

When I first moved here ~15 years ago they were the only ISP in town. My family would lose internet for an entire week every month. They would never return calls, emails, and even refused to talk to us if we walked into their place of business. Not a fan of AT&T, but NuLink deserves to be run out of business for the way they treated us all those years.Stay far, far away from these people!

If this is the only provider in your area you’re out of luck, better off with no internet. Atleast then you wouldn’t have to be so frustrated about it everyday ! I can actually play Xbox better on my mobile hotspot than I can connected to nulink 5g. And no this isn’t a outage or anything like that… just a everyday occurrence since we started with them

As a business owner I would like to warn you to not choose WOW for your services. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with them and it costs me more money than it should have to finally leave them. I had to give one star to even post this review - their customer service is the worst I have ever had.
