EVERYTHING! I can depend on Brad to help me any time on new, changing, or additional policies or explaining the ones we have. Had to file a claim for windshield repair. The person who took details of the claim was very efficient. I had to pay $100.00 deductible for using an out of network repair shop.

Bradley Gohsman is in my option a GREAT asset to your company. He is caring, efficient and very knowledgeable in what he is doing. Every problem I've had with my home he gets involved right away navigating me on who to call, who the claims adjuster will be etc. Maybe he can be featured in one of the Farmers Insurance commercial one day!
