We got some groceries from here and the vegetables turned out to have Maggots in them when we called they were so calm about it as if this always happens and quickly gave us a refund. Haven't gotten groceries from here ever since

Y'all! Ok... it's wal-mart so the bar is already pretty low. But my mind was just blown. I don't know if my coffee or vitamins are really working today, I'm wearing rose colored glasses or what?! but the store was the cleanest & neatest I've EVER seen! My register guy actually looked like he enjoyed his job plus he was FAST! I'm gonna say it......are you ready.... I recommend this Wal-Mart!!! (It also help that no one set it on fire while I was there! Because apparently that's a thing now. )

For this being the only Walmart open in the area I'd say they are doing pretty well under the circumstances. My family shops here very often. The only thing I'd say is prepare for some interesting people and just a lot of people in general lol

I'm leaving a one-star review for this store even though I would like to give it no stars. It's getting very irritating that you have to check yourself out because they don't have people that want to be cashiers or don't want to put cashiers on I don't know which. But then you check yourself out you bag your groceries the person watches you do it, and then ask to check your receipt. Either put cashiers on or quit checking the receipts at the door for people that you watch bag their groceries. I go in there and spend an average of $100 and I really wish that there was another store in town that I could buy these items from unfortunately Walmart is the only place I can get some things. But honestly this is freaking ridiculous. The feeling I get from that store is they believe that everybody is a thief. Maybe you should come up with a better way than to target hard-working people that you can tell just got off of work.

Curbside PU is a joke. I placed a curbside PU order early in the morning received a notification that it was going to be delayed. No big deal. Received another notification that the order was ready so I'll stop by on the way home. When I pulled it up on the app it said the order had already been delivered so I went inside spoke to NO customer service and was informed that I need to go back outside and call the number and report what spot I was in. Didn't think that was right and sure enough it wasn't. It turns out they gave my stuff to someone else so I had to go back inside manually load everything up in a cart and then deliver it to my vehicle. SMH!

Awful experience with automotive. After paying $650 for a set of tires made an install appointment. 7am on time for install and was informed at 7:30 that their lift wouldnt lift my F350 ford. Curb weight approximately 5500 lbs. Cock and bull story from Maurice who gave made up stories about previous lift failure and then new story about new lift with reduced capacity. Lead tech seen standing in obscure aisle position engrossed in phone. They just didn't want to have to go to work that early? Sorry employees. Liars! they didn't even move my truck into the shop. Same shop that installed the previous set of tires on THE SAME TRUCK. I'll not be back.

Thank you to AMY and VICKY at Customer Service ! My phone was lost there and we couldn't find it. I was devastated because my daughter was on her way to Sri Lanka, her first international flight, and I needed desperately to be able to talk to her before she boarded the plane. I had, in fact, just left her at the airport because they wouldn't let me go all the way to her plane because of COVID. So the call was extremely important. I was in tears. The other women told me that the phone at Customer Service isn't working so AMY pulled HER OWN PHONE out and dialed my daughter's number. She said "I am going to make sure you get to say good bye to your daughter." My daughter and I were both in tears. Then, about two hours later, Vicky notified us that my phone had been returned! She held it for me til I could get back to Newnan from Pine Mountain. Excellent customer service!

I've been going to the dentist here about 8 weeks. I've had 5 teeth pulled in this time span, with NO pain medicine. I've had to go days in agonizing pain just to hear that it's my fault, some kind of way. I had a wisdom tooth pulled recently, with NO pain medicine. Thankfully, someone close to me was able to share a couple of things for pain. I was up all night the day they pulled my wisdom tooth in pure hell from the pain. I ended up leaving a glowing review after my first extraction because it was right after I left. The novacaine was fast acting and I was in a lot of pain before I got home. The people are amazing. They're very nice and I do believe they care. They just don't care if you suffer.

I ordered a large grocery order and set the pickup time for 5-6 pm for pickup. My app never received an update so I figured that my order was going to be on time. Got to Walmart and parked and called in to the number on the pole to pickup groceries and was greeted on the phone by someone who just answers "Yeah". Told him why we were there and he clearly has a work etiquette of a jolly rancher with a mouth full of marbles. Terrible service and the guy just says he will work it out after trying to explain to him we were in parking space #7 about 5 times. While waiting we watched other walmart grocery people wondering the parking lot with some poor souls groceries in tow only to just return back inside the building with the groceries. After waiting about 30 min more we received a notice on the app that our order is delayed now. We called back and the same jolly rancher answered the phone and we asked for a manager which was useless "they ain't here today" is the reply we got. So we tried to ask how long it would be before the order would be ready and he said "you can call in and cancel your order" WHY WOULD I GO THROUGH ALL THIS TROUBLE TO JUST CANCEL AN ORDER THAT I OBVIOUSLY NEED??? He finally said it could be like 2, 3, 4 more hours. And we "should" get an email when it is ready. Point is, Walmart, why do you provide this service if you clearly don't have anyone competent enough to do it? Still have no groceries!

Although the app indicated the item I wanted was in stock, it appeared to be sold out. Went to customer "service" to see if in another area. One agent helping a customer with 3 other agents just standing there. One of those agents told me customer "service" is closed. When I asked what time it closed, she indicated 8:00. The time was 8:02. Wow, guess looking in that computer inventory would have just been too difficult 2 minutes after the "official" closing time. Customer "service" at Walmart is an oxymoron.

Purchased rubber mulch for curbside pickup. Bought bags that offered 20% bonus. Attendant brought no bonus bags. He told me I would have to bring the bags to customer service to get refund. Got young manager involved who did everything he could to help but there were no more bags of any kind. I hate Walmart and have not shopped at one for over 3 years and would not gave shopped thus time if anyone else would gave had this particular rubber mulch. Never again!

This is the WORST Walmart I've ever been to and I'm 62 years old. Grocery pick up will not even answer the phone when you get there. I called for 40 minutes before someone finally answered then waited another 29 minutes for them to bring it out. And out if my 14 items to pick up, they only brought me 5 items. You can't tell me they didn't have regular items I bet if I had gone inside I would have got my whole order. DONT GO TO THIS WALMART. You'll waste your time!!!

Ok store, has issues with low stock and empty shelves BUT in a pandemic they don't enforce mask wearing. All their staff have them on, but over half of customers wander about store without masks. Entire families, young and old. Won't be back under pandemic.

This is an ok Walmart Supercenter. It was very crowded when I visited, and always seems to be when I drive by. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, there were signs outside saying that all employees were require to wear masks and customers are recommended to wear them. This only seems to be partly true. Technically, the workers were wearing masks but all wrong. Some wore them around their neck, on their chin, over mouth and not nose, etc. sounds like if they require their unintelligent employees to wear masks, they need to teach the how to wear them. Who knew? The employees here were very friendly, though, and assisted me in finding products I couldn't find originally. I recommend this Walmart, it just may not be the safest place to visit amidst the coronavirus.
