I’m only giving this place two stars because the doctor is actually really nice. But the secretary and some of the staff are so rude. But the secretary especially should not be working a customer service job. I let it slide the first time but I will never be returning here. Go work at a warehouse if you don’t want to be dealing with people. She can’t be bothered to answer questions or treat people with respect because she has such a nasty attitude. What a shame.

THE BEST experience at a vet. My dogs got their shots here, very good service. Family owned and operated and makes you feel like family. I decided to board my dogs there, very inexpensive, I was late getting back from my trip and they came back after closing hours to let me get my dogs which was awesome because I missed them. I highly recommend Morrow animal hospital

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate them being able to take my little guy in on very short notice. The doctor was patient, and thorough, and answered all of my questions, easing my concern. I will definitely be back for my doggie's shots and other vet issues. Highly recommended!

They have serviced our pet for 3+ years. I am VERY disappointed that with our recent visit again the receptionist couldn't communicate ANY type of anticpated/associated costs of services, even when we called back a week before to verify the services that we needed! Don't you have a list of possible services with prices and can't you take time to provide an estimate with the understanding that it is an estimate??? You would think that BEFORE you add a $300 lab work fee, that you would contact the family to approve it. ( Heck...even my personal dentist of 20+ years does this!) Also, I no longer recommend any business as this, that does not offer any type of payment plan for loyal customers; especially in this instance. A surprise $600 bill is unacceptable and UNprofessional I will definitely be going to another vet after this experience. You do NOT have to burn me a third time woth a lack of communication and professionalism!

Miss Joanne is always so friendly & helpful. They found what was wrong with my senior cat & he feels so much better now. I'm so grateful to have this kind of business still open with that personal touch that makes me feel my money was well spent!
