Definitely great service!! Definitely!! Great deals. I cannot remember her name but she was amazing! Helped my daughter! And was patient and friendly ! The cashier who assisted me , asked who helped me and checked me out and was friendly!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Bought two pairs of socks and I left the store with the sensor on one. And the socks ended up torn and ruin so I go back to ask for an exchange since the sensor was left on them. Refused to give me either a return or refund was extremely rude when I didn’t even have them for more than 5 hours at max. It wasn’t even the matter of an exchange or return the disrespect and attitude was what I could not tolerate.

Great Staff!! My son went to North Carolina to his aunts home for Christmas and came back with 3 pair of shoes that were too big. The manager and one staff went above and beyond to make sure I found shoes his size. Unfortunately there were none in the store so the manager suggested I order online and have them delivered. I was expecting them to arrive 3-5 business days later but they came the very next day!!! Amazing customer service and shipping??

They were attentive to our needs and brought out each size requested. The seemed slightly bothered that we would not settle for any imperfections. After looking and trying on a few pairs, we did purchase a pair of Nike shoes that had no imperfections.

Champs have great customer service. I went in to look for my son some shoes for his birthday today, and they did not have his shoes in his size. But they made sure I got it by giving me some options to get it. I pick them up tomorrow at South DeKalb Mall location. I really appreciate them so very much!! I will most definitely shop in there again. Thanks Champs.

Nobody asks if I need help, im pregnant having to bend over to find sizes they knew they didn't have, when I ask for help they say they are sold out of things that I find similar items for instead of store associates taking time to try and help me out. They rather be on the phone and not pay attention to making money for store

There return policy sucks it took more than 30 days to receive a refund of money that was due to us because they didn't have the sneakers in their warehouse.
