Giving 5 stars only because I can't give more! I normally don't give reviews, as expect good service when doing your job. However, the Moreland Post Office (with Bertha and Daniel behind the counter) are the most fluid team since Fred Astair and Ginger Rogers. Whenever there is an issue with our mail, it has always been traced to the distribution center in Atlanta or the receiving post office. I have never seen anyone from the USPS return calls especially after hours, except for these two dedicated individuals. I had an Uncle who was with the Post Office for 54 years, and he would have been proud to serve along side Bertha and Daniel.

I live in Grantville but I rather drive up the street to this post office. They are always friendly and helpful. Every last one of them.

We brought 45 wedding invitations to the post office to be mailed out at the beginning of Aug. Less than 5 were out of state and the rest were local (as in Coweta, Fayette or Spalding county). My fiance handed them to the man and watched him stamp each one. Here we are almost 2 months later and 1.5 months before the event and maybe half of them were recieved by our guests. The "local" invitations that were recieved took a week to get there. And some were just delivered yesterday. Some were delivered along with another invitation in a different zip code (yes the addresses were correct, I double checked). I get maybe one or two dont get delivered out of 45, but this many? Something went wrong internally at Moreland or possibly wherever they were sorted. I hate to say this but I regret spending so much time and money on them and wish I could have just sent e-invite.

A bit of a drive from Newnan but worth it. One man shop, but he was cheerful, courteous and helpful. Got my package mailed in minutes. Highly recommend!!

Every single time I visit the Moreland, GA post office, I receive the highest level of customer service I've ever experienced from a business- and I'm a former Chick-fil-a employee of 8 years. So when I say phenomenal service, it's outstanding. I am consistently referred to by my name, both in person and on the phone. Most recently, I had a package lost between Peachtree City and Moreland post office. Once they were able to locate, Daniel (employee at Moreland) offered to deliver to our home after hours. I was blown away at the level of service just extended to me. So much so, I felt compelled to leave a review to highlight this extraordinary service. Best post office in the state, by far.
