The lady who is supposed to deliver our mail is too lazy to do so, so she doesn’t even pick up our packages and just leaves them at the office, grabs a pink slip, writes “oversized” on it and calls it a day. Now, I tried picking up a package at 4:15 after working all day, when they close at 4:45 and the office was closed. If y’all aren’t going to deliver the packages at least let me pick them up. They seriously suck.

Usually this place has been helpful in the past, but I called them today about an issue I had yesterday with my package being marked as delivered but it was not delivered at all (it was marked delivered at 8:30pm, the mail doesn't run into the the night like that ever). I looked everywhere for the package, but of course it wasn't there because the mail person didn't even come. The lady on the phone said she would check it out for me and give me a call right back, but hours passed and no call or update on the issue. How unprofessional. It really shouldn't take all day to check the tracking number on the package and what happened to it. I keep calling them back but apparently the line is "busy" all day.

I usually have a great experience here, but today showed me that’s only when the manager is in a good mood! I am 90% sure this lady is the manager, she is mixed with long hair, their system was down today close to closing (completely understandable) she came to the window and accepted cash from one person, i told her I could just come back tomorrow if their system was still down, didn’t think I would get MAJOR attitude for that??? I understand things can get frustrating but please learn to control your emotions!

For the past few weeks I have been finding my mail on the side of the house rather than in the mailbox or by the front door. On top of that for the past few months my mail has not been delivered till after 6pm to 7pm. Mail service has been getting real lousy around here. Back in October by the 4way leading to macon the mail driver that goes out that way ran the stop sign and almost t boned me on my way home from work around 4:30.

We live right by the post office and we always get our packages at 6-7pm.

I have a no parking sign 1/3 way up my driveway because the delivery trucks are too big to be backing up that close to my vehicles. UPS and FEDEX walk my packages up to my porch. The Monticello post office has the only driver too lazy to walk 20- 30ft up my driveway to put packages on my porch so she dumps packages in the wet dirt. She drive a little white delivery van.

Thanks for leaving our mail out in the rain today!! And getting our mail between 4-5 o’clock every day isn’t satisfactory! Wish I could post pictures of our mail ?????

Infuriating. Tracking an Amazon shipment that shows arrival at USPS Monticello but no delivery. I called the post office to inquire and was told by a gentleman that the item was not yet there and to check back in a couple days. How can tracking say it arrived but isn't there? Theft????Today (we live rurally) we went to get our mail at the road (highway 212) and half was in the box and the rest on the ground, all envelopes wet. One important document included. It keeps getting worse.

They continuously send my mail back and I have had my wifi cut off and had 2 federal government debit cards sent back. And every utility bill for last 5 mths

On several occasions I've had issues with USPS delivery. The last item I bought was an air fryer on Amazon and paid extra to get it faster only for it to STILL get delayed and me to HAVING come pick it up at the local postal office. Had to drive 10 miles from shadydale to come pick it up. The lady I called on the phone to track the package was very rude and didn't offer ME a refund for the extra money I paid for shipping....she gave me a hassle and asked me for an ID [She knew my name before she asked]. THEY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

This is the second time I've had MULTIPLE packages end up here, the first time they sent them straight back out to me (after 15 phone calls) and now this woman just says WE'RE OPEN FOR PICKUP UNTIL 1630 when I already explained I have no car. Those are my belongings.
