The salesman, Adam, was polite, friendly, and very helpful. We bought a class B motor home and got a fair trade-in allowance for our truck. On the downside, cleaning prep crew was unsupervised. I had to point out several things they missed. The customer waiting room snack machines were almost empty and the rest rooms had no paper towels. I mention this only because we had to return each day for three days around noon and sit there until dark waiting, only to be told to come back the next day. Not sure what took so long.

Bought a car her in early November and it was a terrible experience. Like a 798 credit rating and they give me a 8.9% interest rate. They then charge me $800 for paper work. Then another $200 on the financial agreement for filling out paperwork. Now they then charge me another $950 for gap, mainly cause the price is so inflated now that they got to put that into the loan or the bank won't finance it. Then then put $500 on my credit card, which they had no business doing. We should have walked but my wife liked the vehicle. I refinanced this mess in 2 days at 5.3%. They are absolute crooks and my next letter will be to the BBB. Please do not go here and get taken advantage of.

Second time in 6 months I used the Service Dept at Blue Ridge North Georgia Ford. They have an appointment option for their service. But, don't count on it. On both occasions, today and last service 6 months ago - the appointment didn't matter. Work took entirely too much time for the type of service work (new tires and oil changes). If you do choose their service, make sure you get them to confirm ALL work you want done. Lesson learned. I wanted tires rotated as part of this recent service, yet it wasn't done. Had to wait even longer after discovering this wasn't done as requested. Nearby Ellijay GA and Murphy NC have Ford dealerships with Service Centers. Just saying . . . . .

We had the best time buying a car here yesterday. We received excellent service and a great deal! They were patient with us, and they even made the experience fun! Great crew! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Made an appointment for service on our fusion for 1030am. Actually dropped the car off the night before with the service guy. 1:00pm on service day rolled around around and hadn't heard anything from them. Decided to call about 1:30pm. I was told that the car was the very next one in the shop and was about to go in. By 5:00pm still hadn't heard anything, so I went up there. The car was still in the same spot it was the night before. I asked what was the point of making an appointment. They finally got the car, drove around the lot and down the street for a couple of mins and said nothing was wrong with it. Of course we was upset and just left and the problem still persists. They didn't even try to find out what was wrong. Didn't even put it on the rack to look. Won't be back for anything. Horrible service. Zero communication. Idc where you go, just don't go here.

During the difficult days of CIVID-19 when things were especially difficult to find and extremely expensive, Blue ridge Ford always kept their word. Inventory was never an issue and all their toys such as Motor homes, boats and Jet skis were fairly priced. It's a long haul from NYC but we'll worth the trip. Highly recommend. A+++

Trying to buy a new f150 Platinum. Go anywhere else. They are taking advantage and charging 5000 dollars over sticker price. I told them I have ford employee pricing and they said they wont take it. Don't waste your time with a dealer who takes advantage of customers.

The worst experience of my life. I live in Blairsville. Many friends and former law enforcement deputies I worked with tried to tell me not to go. I thought I would give them a try and even went as fast as going to pick up the truck yesterday. Zero loyalty to law enforcement and lied all the way to the finance guy. Do yourself a favor and save some time and look for another place. I explained my personal situation to them and they still lied to me and insulted me. Very disappointing since I work in the town and would have referred many people to them. I was told to call tim the owner and talk to him but when I called today they would not even let me speak to him Went to king ford this week. Totally professional snd honest. With the intentions of buying a used truck. After dealing with Curtis king I left in a brand new 2020 Ford F-150 and am going back on August 1 to trade in a ford I just bought in February for a brand new car. This guy is amazing. King ford in Murphy nc. The dealership in blue ridge couldn't even call me back

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! If I weren't smart I would call this dealership, racist. I brown skin have a mother who is white from adoption. She and I, along with my dad arrived to the dealership after PHONING DARRYL (salesman). We made him well aware two days prior that we were coming for a 2005 Honda Accord, even called him the morning of, when we faced delays.. As we arrived the car was not in front as he said, but instead as we "waited on him to come to the front" we witnessed him, and his co worker arriving in the car I requested. His co worker was driving, and exited (walked away super fast not in our direction) as Darryl approached us without a handshake or hello, or any remorse. We all instantly saw his discrimination. Once again we drove over 3 hours, so it his discrimination was disregarded. Darryl Informed us that the vehicle was sold with no buyer in SIGHT(NO ONE WAS ON THE LOT BUT SALESMAN) and the listing is still online. DARRYL feed us a crappy lie saying "I called you to tell you." Mind you I never gave this man my number or email, and unlike a salesman HE DID NOT ASK! I am utterly disgusted with the diligence of this company, most importantly Darryl you are despicable. NO one was attentive, not even the receptionist. I would not MORALLY recommend this dealer to anyone!

If you value your life do not use this dealership! They charged $1415 for front end work on July 29, 2015 - we picked our F250 truck up at 5 pm and so when we drove the vehicle home noticed there was problem with the work they performed. We called them the next morning and advise there was problem and it needed to come back in, they said they could not get the truck in that day to bring it on Friday the 31st. Well the 30th the vehicle was involved in a fatal car crash and they insist on billing for the work even though they acknowledged it needed to come back in for it to be fixed correctly.
