I made the mistake of taking it to a repair shop trying to save some money and they completely mis diagnosed my car and told me I needed a new motor and charged me several thousand dollars and it would barely run when I picked it up. My friend recommended Alex Automotive and I took it there. Matthew was very helpful and courteous and reassured me they could get me back on the road. The Tech did the diagnostic and Matthew walked me through the process of the repair. They fixed the mess the other shop screwed up an fixed the real problem. I had to take it back because the engine light came back on and Alex got that fixed for me. Folks, take your Benz to Alex Automotive, they know their stuff. “Alyque advertised and sold me a car. The car was exactly as described. My only criticism is that there were additional fees on top of the advertised price. I would recommend adding all the costs together and presenting one final price. They are also VERY busy but most of the time they got right back with me. I trusted them and I was purchasing a vehicle from out of state.With all of that said, I would not hesitate to do business with them again.”

“I went in last week to inquire about a BMW is saw on their website. When I called I spoke to Pebbles, she said that she would have the car sitting out waiting on me to look at. I drove 45 minutes away from my residence to the dealership. When I arrived I was meet by Mike Meyr, I have to give first God all the glory but then there’s Mike!!!!! I went in and was very honest with him about my situation. I told Mike I had horrible credit, and that I may have a repo on my credit as well. I was expecting Mike to turn me away and tell me he couldn’t help me like ALLL the other dealerships I went to. Mike gave me a look and told me NOT to worry and that he would take care of me, sure enough Mike it only helped me but he picked out and better car for me then the one I went to look at. Mike went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. That day I put my down payment down and assured him that I’d be back to put the rest down. I drove off in my new BMW praising God I ran into Mike!!!!! “I purchased a Chevy Truck a couple of months ago, was waiting to share experience after driving the truck for a few months.
The staff at Land A Cars were courteous and transparent. They answered all questions (mostly wife's questions ;-) and provided detailed information.
I settled on a Chevy Silverado. The truck had low mileage for its age and was in excellent condition. It looked extremely well taken care of by its previous owner.
One of my worries was the paperwork, particularly the title transfer. It was straightforward and hassle-free, and there were No issues when it came time to get my title tag.
Now, after driving the Silverado for a few months, I am Happy to report that the truck has given me "No" problems at all.
