She was so rude that I was embarrassed for her. To bad the guy was unaware that if they do not deliver your mail then YES you CAN come pick it up within 2 weeks or USPS will send it back. She lied to him.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful, on the phone and in person every interaction I've had with them. They are quick and efficient! Location is clean, quiet, and up to date.
