This is terrible service and help first off w went in two weeks ago to pre order phones and get access on our online account they weren't very helpful we waited an hour to have so much stuff wrong they kept switching employees on us and in the end they ordered our phones and upon ordering they ordered one of the wrong color then said nothing they can do about it now And this was an hour after I left they said they would pull a phone aside and we could get it when ours arrive our phones still haven't arrived they keep saying there is no way to check order status and that they can't give us an update the phones were suppose to be here on the 23rd. Then I get help online they say they can't see anything but if I go to the store that they can expedite the order since it was suppose to be here already then to be told they can't do that! It's ridiculous. My husband ordered a phone same day and he can see all his tracking etc. NO HELP!!! Also this location doesn't have a phone number where you can reach them so you have to go in store every time only to have to wait and then be told they can't help you!!!

Was super worried about switching from T-Mobile to Verizon online, so I went in the store. Based on previous reviews, I wasn't sure that I'd actually be getting the help I needed. I was very wrong. I only waited a few minutes and was checked in without even needed to ask. My sales rep was Roscoe, and he was truly awesome and such a great employee! He helped explain all of my options, answered concerns I have, and even outlined (and wrote down) every single feature of my new plan that they didn't include on my print out sheet. I left knowing all of my potential discounts, all of my features, and how to switch my phone service easily from my home. While I had some issues actually setting up the phone, I knew that if I was really stuck that I could walk right into this Verizon store and get the help I needed from Roscoe and any of the other employees. They were all wonderful and made me feel confident in my switch! Big shout out to Roscoe though!

Absolutely ridiculous. Two female employees with their terminals taking care of one mail while he flirts with them and they leave others waiting. Obviously we walked out and will find a different Verizon store who wants to do business. I hear from them and found it amazing. 2/1/2020 They say they hope they can do better and that they'll work at it. However if you read reviews before mine several people have had the same problem so it obviously is not being resolved.

I went to Verizon trying to upgrade my phone and waited for 45 minutes before I was checked in. There were 3 people that walked in after me, but were assisted before me. With that being said, I ordered a phone 2 days ago and turns out they ordered the wrong phone. After sitting on the phone with customer service for an hour, I finally canceled my order considering the great difficulty that it took the employees to get the right phone.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Went to upgrade phones and waited forever. We were greeted by someone at the desk but no one else came to talk to us. Finally we left after watching two other people walk in and get greeted and dealt with. This particular location is always like this

Have deliberately been lied to on 3 different occasions. #1 Made changes in plan and was told that the monthly bill would go down but it went up by more than $20. #2 Was told that new Samsung phone would arrive on a given date. Checked back twice, but no phone. Then media break about phones catching on fire came out. #3 Went in to upgrade to Google Pixel 128 GB. Got phone, got home, and was the 32 GB phone instead. Called store & customer service and they could not even give a date when the 128 GB phone would be in. Nor would they allow me to keep 32 GB phone until 128 GB arrived. Had to return the phone and have data put back on old phone.

Nice people. Wireless network is great. Fairly quick to help even when busy. On staff manager was reasonable.

Poor service. No one around to sign me in and I was ignored at the (dis)service desk. First Gentleman asked if anyone had helped me. I said no and he still didn't help me. He went behind the counter to help another employee assist a customer. 2nd Gentleman actually finished helping the customer in front of me and left the counter to go chat with others in the lobby. I left after 10 minutes of no further acknowledgement.

Have gone into this store to insure my account was updated. Received a friendly reception upon sign in. Sales person patiently worked with me to insure my account was corrected and show me his tablet with the necessary changes. Since I had bought a circular speaker previously from this store that worked with blue tooth, I asked what I thought was a irrelevant store question about connectivity of a WI-fi TV to blue tooth conversion so I could use this speaker with my TV. He understood my question and dilemma. He told me he had a solution and came back to me with the bluetooth stereoclip adapter. Sold. Haven't try it yet, waiting for my daughter to return from the beach with the speaker. I had a very pleasant store experience.

This store used to be good for me.until my last purchase. I have a family plan which include my wife, mother-in-law, 2 sons, and myself. My wife is the plan owner, I'm just a plan member. My line was up for upgrade so I went to this store to look at the I phone 6. I was assigned to a rep. her name is B. H. Miss B told me that I can upgrade to I phone 6; so I did. she explained to me about a new plan that I can change which is cheaper and no change in the coverage "everything will be the same!" except pay less. ...I was sold and agreed. My wife (actually ex-wife) we recently divorced [not because of the phone of course] received/read the family plan and she told me her plan has changed; she no longer has unlimited data etc... she was upset with me because she said I'm not authorized to change the plan. I tried to call the rep, her number is a long distance # and no answer. I called the store but the number sounded like fax machine; so I logged on Verizon site to try to manage/correct the problem but I was informed that I'm not authorized to do anything like that. I personally think the rep at this store would do anything to try to get you. Be careful!

If there was an option for a 0 I would give it. I had a phone for in-store delivery 3 times and every time I went to pick it up they wouldn't hold it like they are supposed to!!! On top of that the staff is VERY RUDE!!! Verizon almost lost my service forever. If the cell reception wasn't so great you would have. I will NEVER step back into that store again.

If I could rate a ZERO I would! Worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. The store manager, Akeem, and all associates, especially Tia, are rude and refuse to assist in anyway possible. Beware if you visit this store. You will be charged restocking fees on defective phones with manufacturer listed issues and be LIED to by all associates. Inappropriate behavior, no customer service is what they offer best!

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Some reps more knowledgeable than others. Try to speak with more than one representative. Ask ecific questions based on your needs in the cell phone. India was Ok, not patient enough for my hubby. She was looking for a commission and not giving quality service. He really came in there to buy a phone, but opt to go home & order online.
