Came in around 2p with an important document to overnight to the Courts in Northern Georgia. Paid almost $40 to ensure delivery by 10:30 a.m. the next day. Not only was the delivery not made (still not made) but I've been able to confirm with UPS Customer Service that THIS STORE didn't even get it out in time. They made the label at 7:07 p.m.? When I called not only did the representative NOT GIVE A CRAP but was dismissive and gave no solutions but to call the UPS main customer service number bc "once it leaves our store, it's not our problem." I will never use UPS, much less this location! Unprofessional to say the least.

They rescued me when I needed last minute copies for a conference and no one else was able to deliver! The ladies were so helpful and I walked out with 400 copies 15 minutes after I walked in!

This location double charged me to box up and bubble wrap my equipment. They didnt even bubble wrap it. It arrived in Texas broken and damaged.
