First off this particular facility seems nice, but...
I encourage you to look at another company entirely if you plan on storing longer than a month and/or have more than a single pick-up truck load.
This company will raise your rates almost immediately, and continue to do so. Within 3 or 4 months you'll be paying 2X times or more than your original rate. This company will tell you this is standard practice, it is not, no other storage facilities in this area or any area that I know of is doing this.
Most companies give you one or two rate increases per year, others lock you in for a full year before an increase. This company is betting on your inability to easily move your stuff once you move it in, and unfortunately a lot of people fall victim to this.
This company's discounts are not really discounts, they just put up a random number and then a lower number to fool you into thinking they discounted the room, when in reality the room was never that higher rate.
They charge you an admin fee, which is a practice most storage facilities have quit doing. They don't offer you a free month or 50% off anymore. They don't give you a free lock, which is something about half of the other companies are doing now.
P.S.
If you do fall on hard times just know this company is the worst company I have ever seen as it relates to coming to a settlement agreement if your stuff is ever at risk of going to auctions, they have no sympathy for you even if it was their rate increases that put you in a situation where you couldn't pay your bill.

Property manager is nice and knowledgeable. Facility was clean. Never worried about bugs or rodents which is very rare for storage. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
