First let me just say that I do NOT reside in or around the Atlanta Area, I live 4 hours away, I happen to be visiting the area on Memorial Day Weekend and looking for a printer for my office. I went online to find that there were some great deals. I called 3 other stores before I called this one, and NOBODY was willing to assist me over the phone. But John at this store is AMAZING!! He not only doubled checked the prices, he pulled the item I was inquiring about and had it ready for me to grab and go once I arrived. Then assisted me with finding the Only toner cartridge that was showing available in the system and boy did we search for it. When you are a customer spending your hard earned money it feels good when you feel appreciated and assisted especially when making major purchases. As a business owner I know that this type of service is hard to find. I really hope Office Depot appreciates John as much as I did. I got my new device installed and it’s working amazingly.

My first experience ordering on line at this location with the expectation of Same Day Delivery was very disappointing. After changing my plans waiting for my delivery, I received notification hours later that my delivery was cancelled. I was not happy ? needless to say. ? Ugh

I was short on time and needed to print out a resume for a job interview. I arrive at the store, find the print kiosk, attempt to email it to the address provided, only for it to not work (after I emailed it of course). I then attempt to sign into my Google Drive and print it from there, only for it to show me documents A through C and not what I needed to print (not even a simple next/back button were provided on the prompt, which I'm assuming is some sort of Android client). Even after renaming the file, it still wouldn't appear on the list. I sign out and attempt to sign back in, only for it to show me the Google Home page as if it were on my personal computer or mobile phone. I then give up and try the next kiosk, only for it to give me the same issue with the Google Home page. However, I did succeed in getting the email to print...only for it to literally print the email with the name of the Drive document link and nothing more. I was furious and stormed out. All the while, the lone employee at the counter was busy with something else the whole time.Lesson learned: just take the extra minute to turn around, go home and print what you need.

Although every Office Depot is different, the location in McDonough was one of the best I’ve experienced. The staff members were kind and helpful and those whom I encountered provided excellent customer service.

I had a custom business card order that came out wrong. Ebony was very apologetic and tried to make the order right. She suggested a way that we could re do it and it worked. She was very patient and courteous. Ebony took time out of her day to call and Check in to make sure the order was up to par. Now that is GREAT customer service!! If you need any type of print services here please ask for Ebony.
