Stanley at the McDonough store was amazing and a professional without rushing us but took the time to educate us. You could tell he knew his product and just made us feel comfortable and not pressured or rushed hence we walked out with some new products! Thank you Sir!!

I was really just visiting when I ended up purchasing a mattress. Let’s start with the price $1800 for a basic adjustable bed and in same mattress. The salesperson was very pushy and I ended up buying a clearance mattress (that could not be returned) that I was told had cooling technology (lies)the mattress that I received is extremely firm and hard and is not the one I chose! Almost $2000 later and I am dissatisfied. I will never shop with then again.
Fast forward- my review prompted a response from mgmt immediately who same day sent me a topper with cooling technology same day. Although I have not placed it on my bed yet, I appreciate the quick response and the willingness to resolve. As a consumer that’s appreciated.

We were greeted warmly upon entering the store. We told Sales rep Agyema what we were in search of and she was very Knowledgeable of what was on the floor as well as what could be ordered and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

Even though he was there by himself, the sales associate was able to help me and the others customers in the store in a timely manner. He was able to answer my questions, make my purchase and get me out within 40 minutes.
