Avoid if this if all possible. Lady in Shipping office has the nastiest attitude they should teach you about professionalism. All we wanna do is get our load and go you filth. 12p appointments didn’t get out till 9p. Don’t come here, “Thank Me Later”

The shipping receiving clerks are not very talkative here but that's okay. Just make sure you have the required information while checking in.

Arrived early for an appointment, the security guards were very professional and friendly checking me in and getting me a door assignment.
After backing into the door I checked in with the receiving office. The young lady there was professional and friendly stating that someone would come out to let me know when to open the trailer doors.
There was a food truck in front of the receiving office, not sure if that's normal but it was nice to get a hot fresh sandwich ?.
Shortly after a warehouse worker came out and had me open doors and back into the door.
I had my paperwork back and was ready to roll out an hour and a half later.
Overall a good experience and with a food truck there it was very pleasant.
Also they let me park overnight since I was about out of hours and I -75 N was closed due to an accident.

The worst place in the world, more than 10 hours in a door and they don't charge me, 5 hours ago they told me that the product had arrived to complete the charge and they haven't charged me yet, a place to never return to.

The employees here are the picture of miserable! Get ready to get attitude from the time you arrive until you leave. Kindness gets you further than trying to make everyone’s life miserable. From the pointing douchbag that hates everything and everyone. To the miserable Shanika that this job is all she has. I truly believe their face would crack if they gave a smile. Who is marrying these miserable people! ??? You can be here for 1 hour or 6. FYI you can call whoever you want, I work for myself.

All Lineage Facilities S●cks, at this location, take more than 25 min to check in each truck, I was in line, on time before my appointment time and got late at check in desk 24 min of appointment my time, and this company are theaf, charged me $200 because their fault. I will do my research and find out if there is an office that can complain and check if these late fees are legal.
These Lineage people are thieves, I arrived on time, there were 3 trucks checking in, each one took 20/25 minutes on average, they give me the door, I park and I do everything they told me, I go to the office and I arrive 24 minutes late the hour and they tell me that I have to pay $200 for arriving late, they charged me for their incompetence in the waiting time when entering. THEY ARE THIEVES, we will have to see if these charges are legal, there must be an office that verifies these types of scams.

Here they only welcome you by appointment, only 1 hr before your appointment, I came in at 4:30pm and my appointment was at 5:30pm, I left at 6:45pm, the treatment was good.

Very good experience drop and hook, they let me drop 12 hours early, in and out less than hour, just make sure you trailer have a full fuel tank ??

When parking at Walmart you can go inside and ask to speak to the night manager to see if it is ok to park for the night.This Walmart may be burnt and so that's what you gotta do is park somewhere else but it is something you can do in the future to make sure your allowed not asking quick but having a conversation with the night manager if allowed to park at Walmart for the night.So if a Walmart is not a good spot to park the manager will let you know or some other tip like the tips here about trying to park at Walmart.So there you go after 11pm don't chance it I don't.There is a spot on trucker path that is a huge lot close by $25 dollars a night the place is called TRUX Parking 100 Industrial Blvd, McDonough, GA 30253 they left a phone number in a response to a review to call to park for the night but knowing it's wise to plan on parking at 25 miles away or how ever far away that works and parking beforehand so to roll in if possible.

Do not come here before 1 hr before your appointment!!!! They will send you away even though they have a staging area for 100 trucks. You will not find another place to park near bye . Just another place that has no common sense or do they care about your time .
