UPDATE: We have yet to receive information regarding our order that I didn't have to call to receive. I have had to call and use the chat feature to get any information on my order. I keep getting different dates. We are 10 weeks in and I am now finding out that the issue is due it being back ordered. We ordered in July. Its September. The customer service is inadequate. We should have been made aware of this issue much earlier.
Great experience in store with sales and design department. They were 5 star worthy! We have been in many furniture stores and we found a few sofas that fit our needs that were less expensive. However, after spending time with the designer to create exactly what we wanted, it was worth the extra costs. I have provided a 4 star review because I want to see it through. When we receive our sectional, I'm sure this will transition to a five star rating. Also, the kids enjoyed their Italian ice treat! Thank you.

Two months ago, my son, daughter-in-law and myself came in. Immediately, Tanya Bass welcomed us to the store and how can I help you. Selling home and downsizing with a New Journey. She was very professional and happy to help pick furniture! I purchased furniture for 1bdrm and it feels like home. Tanya help pick out dual recliner, end table, lamp, floor rug & part of entertainment to place my TV. Also, picked out bedroom set and mattress. I had difficulties finding a place. Did not move until August received furniture 08/16/24. Had personal difficulties and Tanya worked very hard holding furniture. Then I moved to Macon and all had to go thru Macon distribution. Tanya was GREAT! I loved it so much, I called Tanya and bought the entertainment set to complete my wall unit. So excited! Please if you are looking for professional, customer service Haverty's McDonough is the place. Also first grade of furniture. You will enjoy Tanya Bass helping you.
Received my 2nd purchase. Love my complete entertainment center and the bed. Once again, Tanya out did herself! Also the delivery guys and the ones from first order were fabulous! They were professional and answers all questions. I could not have been treated any better.

Mrs. Tanya Bass at the McDounough Harverty’s , is very knowledgeable and skillful at her job. We had a few complications but her diligent effort at her job and she definitely made the process very easy! The sectional I picked out could not be delivered when I needed it. My salesperson was good at selling but not so good at following up. Realizing she had been ill all week is the only reason the rating is this high.

Jandra was wonderful, not overly pushy but personable. She helped me immediately locate the chair I was looking for and even found the ottoman to match (I didn't get them YET) due to it being near closing. Nice and clean store. This is the first time I had gone in there despite passing by there several times.
