I showed up 10 hours early and was told they had overnight parking. Was made to wait outside the gate. Do not deliver here.
Edit: After some time had passed, I decided to give this place another try. It's just as bad as before. They're liars and extremely unorganized.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Burries Logistics(Lineage), particularly with their logistics clerk, Lateisha Ford. From the start, Lateisha displayed a lack of professionalism and attention to detail that made the entire process frustrating and stressful.
Firstly, communication was a major issue. Lateisha was difficult to reach, and when I did manage to contact her, she provided vague and unhelpful responses. Important updates about my shipment were often delayed or completely overlooked, leaving me in the dark about the status of my goods.
Additionally, Lateisha's handling of the paperwork was sloppy. There were multiple errors in the documentation, which caused unnecessary delays and complications. Instead of owning up to the mistakes and addressing them promptly, Lateisha was dismissive and uncooperative, further compounding the problems.
Overall, my experience with Lateisha Ford and Burries Logistics was extremely negative. The lack of professionalism and poor service I received was unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable logistics company.

0 stars ladie from guard check she can’t see good what temp is set on the reefer. I come here with negative-1 and they told me put negative 15 I dropped temp at 12 negative and she come to check temp and told me your temperature is 12 positive. I loser 2h and 30 min for nothing. After supervisor is coming out and check my temp he confirmed my temp and told her look ? - is negative. Pay attention. And after this situation they told me you have to pay late fee 250$ check in 4:00pm check out 11:50pm 0 stars. Security guard without experience. We pay 250$ late fee for her fault.

Avoid this place. Appointment at 9 pm, arrived at 7 pm. They gave me the door, 1 am I am still standing on the door.

The young lady at the Gard shack is very polite and professional.She took my information and than brief me on the procedures. The staff at the driver's check in was totally on the ball. I told her that I had a 1830 appointment. She put me in a door right away. And I was unloaded by 1600. I had a load of ice cream.

the ….. lady guard was very rude after i did not understand gibberish out her mouth I was always told that people were friendly in the south I guess not. Another example of how people treat drivers.

Most pathetic place you will want to pickup from the security guard will make you wait until your trailer cools to -5 in a way that you will be late so as they can get a $250 late fee from you, and they kind of work together with the office staff.So just make sure if you are picking up from this location pre cool you trailer way in advance to -5 before you got here.

Drivers be aware most reviews are fake!
Apt 1pm we show up 12:40
They gave us a door they sent us 250 fees for late fees
When driver ask why they told him reefer not showing -10 at 1pm
We start precool after we finished our last del
30min before our pick up
Now 6pm still haven’t started the loading
Administration please read this review and take it under consideration the security guy rude and desk guy both rude and they like to screwd drivers for money 0 communication
That’s call stealing money that’s give a bad image to your company

Quick easy check in, clean restroom. Plenty of space to maneuver. I asked about overnight parking, and it is allowed as long as you’re parked at the end of the building.

Called day before to plan out delivery. Talked to a lady in shipping/ receiving office , name I don’t remember. That I could show up and park for my whole break, before appointment time. I arrive after having planned it as such. Told be told by the guard to leave. I was a half a word into explaining that I called last night. Only to be rudely interrupted and told well I don’t care you have to leave now, and come back 2 hours before appointment time. I asked where would be a good place to park. Was told I’m not a driver and I don’t care. I won’t deliver here again after this.
