Excellent customer service! Stopped by after the store was closed. Owners explained that they travel to different trade rooms across the country and this is a small business! I was happy they explained and apologized, but I think it’s cool they are doing the hard work to meet with the brands they have in store. I completely understood as a small business owner myself.They helped style me for an event and I was beat dressed! They have Asics and those were in style back when I was a kid. My teenage son couldn’t believe my outfit? They also have an app which is different. You can order on the app or the website and have items shipped to your home. They just made my Christmas shopping easy!I’ll be ordering online since I’m now traveling myself, but whenever I’m in town, I certainly will be supporting. They also mentioned to follow their social media to stay in the loop for their store updates and closings on travel days! I will be back!

Horrible customer service, can’t get in contact with anybody .. I ordered something from their site October 3rd, 2022 still have not received it nor the refund I requested of $50.66

This store is rarely open. I came here at 12 at the opening time & they are closed I’ve waited 30 minutes still no sign of anyone. I also called the number listed and it just rings once and goes straight to voicemail…

Cannot say enough great things about this shop and the owner.Looked for months for the Sprayground Cashin Checks Toiletry Bag to match my duffle--even went as far as buying one from a shady website in Alabama (ended up being fraudlent) and contemplating buying one from Italy. Wasn't until I came across 7Exchange did I find one from a retailer in the US. Also ordered a few shirts while I was on their website. They ended up being out of my size so the owner personally FaceTimed me and showed me his selection of all apparel in my size (XL and XXL). Ended up buying a long sleeved shirt from Purple Brand which I love. Recommend this store 100% and will be making future purchases.
