I will be shopping again! I went to the store and purchased a washing machine that they delivered the next business day. The washer was having issues, I called the store and they brought a new and even better one than the one I picked out at no additional charge! I was heard, seen, and cared for even after they already had my money. Everyone there was polite and had excellent customer service. They advertise that their prices will not be beat and so for they stand correct!

Purchased a front load washing machine Monday. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Delivery, set and takeaway was done before 1pm on Wednesday! The delivery/setup guys were awesome as well! Thanks so much for a fast and easy process!

Mrs. Heath was an amazingly knowledgeable and sweet and kind young lady who greeted us with a lovely smile and proceeded to walk us through the warehouse explaining different opportunities for home improvement section by section as per our inquiries. I bought a deep freezer from them almost a year ago when they had first opened. It had a lot of cosmetic damage to the lid but still sealed perfectly! I got an amazing deal after talking to the manager and they really helped me out. I was extremely pregnant at the time and the gentlemen that bring it out even helped me put it in the truck which is not in their job description! The staff goes out of their way to make sure that they can find you something within your budget and don’t try to push things on you that you can’t afford/ don’t need. I plan on stopping by today to grab a washer and dryer for my new home and i have no worries whatsoever!Update i had to file a warranty claim on the washer( user error not their fault) and they were absolutely wonderful! Bre and John helped me get a new copy of my receipt so i could file the warranty claim and i couldn’t be happier!

What a surprise, while visiting Augusta I ran across Andrea‘s post on Facebook marketplace. Not being from there I had never heard of Dave’s. I went to visit and left with a truck full of appliances. Andrea, John and James were the best. Fabulous customer service! Thanks

Recently visited Dave’s just to browse and was met with great customer service. I was greeted as soon as i walked through the door and was shown around by John the salesman. While I wasnt ready to make a purchase just yet, I will be back! John was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure to exchange contact information with us.

BREANA BREANA BREANA BREANA BREANA!! Had to say it five times for each star. You know, I barely remember what I bought (I bought an LG Dishwasher), but I remember the absolutely impeccable service I got from Breana. She was HONEST, attentive, knowledgeable, personable, humorous, and efficient! She was kind enough to let me go at my pace & answered all of my questions with patience. She made me want to come in to close the deal just so I could get the chance to meet her in person (I originally called into the store). I will absolutely be back to buy my next appliance from Breana!
