I am so disappointed with Sephora East Cobb. I had an appointment for 2 months to get my make up done for my son's rehearsal dinner 6/13. I was really looking forward to it. I got there on time and was told that Nefertetti had just gone on her break and would be back in 15 minutes. I was on a tight time line as I was the hostess of the dinner so I left. The managers didn't seem to think it was a big deal. I have never had a bad experience there so I was shocked by the treatment. I was halfway home when a manager finally called me and suggested that someone do the priming for my make up while Nefertetti was still on her break. I'm not sure why it took them 10-15 minutes to come up with this solution. Anyway, I will never book another make up appointment there. I am a great tipper and probably would have bought all of the products they used on me. As Julia Roberts said, "Big mistake. Huge!"

Neffertari is so great and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and helped me with so many products. The entire staff was very nice and helpful but Neffertari is truly one of a kind! I will shop at this store because the entire amazing staff go out of their way to help.

I was looking for a particular product and I saw this location was one of the only locations that still had the item in stock. Drove 30+ minutes to said location and was told that they were out of stock. 10 minutes later I ordered the same item for same day delivery and magically it was available. It came from the SAME LOCATION I had just visited. And the item was opened and was leaking. Unacceptable.

I go into the store ready to spend well a lot of money. When we asked if they had any nail products, just by chance, the worker was snooty and pompous. So, we will NEVER GO BACK. I could pay that girls salary for 3 years in one purchase. Their loss because of the way they treated us.

I love love this Sephora! The Sephora at Cumberland mall is horrible! They have no products in stock ever, and the people that work there are so rude. So I was SO HAPPY when I found this Sephora. For the most part the girls that work there are absolute angel babies! Especially Bailey. I was having a problem with my horrible bank, bofa, and she was so sweet and happy to help me figure it out. Also they are always fully stocked on their products!

I’m actually disgusted. I came in about 30 minutes till close and after I was greeted, I was proceeded to be followed and practically chased around the store for 30 minutes. Literally EVERYWHERE I WENT, I was being followed. They followed me up and down each aisle and would pretend to be doing something but every time I’d turn toward them they would look away. It’s genuinely disgusting to write everyone as a thief but it’s even more uncomfortable the fact that I was followed around THAT much by THAT many employees, including the lady I’m assuming was the manager on duty. It’s unfortunate that this is a very well stocked Sephora. But I don’t think I’ll return to this one ever and I hope the employees learn that following people around is really not acceptable.

Don't even get me started on this store during COVID it was crazy but I do understand corporate standards. On my most recent trip I brought an empty bottle of the product I needed. I asked someone to help me she looked for 2 seconds & told me they didn't have it & I trusted her. I called back to make sure & they did in fact have it so I had to come back which wasted my time for negligence.

Pretty good! Staff are pretty nice they will help you when you need it!!! I bought a rare beuty blush from them and I'm going back to go get myself a knee sol de Janeiro!
