Car we looked at had damage and rust all over the bottom and the a/c did not work and the owner kept telling me it was in pristine condition lol rust is not pristine for any car lol.. I would not buy here as what he said is a lie..tried talking to the manager and telling him there was rust etc.. and he got mad and turned around and walked off ..why would I need to call you guys and girls again so I can get mistreated? My opinion is i would never buy a car here

Me and my boyfriend went here to take a look at a truck they had available and Berenice was very rude to us, she really had a bad attitude. Also, the final price was $5,000 more from the initial price from added fees which is outrageous. We ended up going to pro cars instead with Gary and they were so much nicer from the beginning and they didn’t have all those added “fees”.

Stay away.. drove over an hour to get to the dealership for a car that was clearly listed as 1 owner and no accidents, turns out the carfax says it had 3 owners and one minor accident, from an ad posted by David Sharafat on Facebook Marketplace, even after i brought this to his attention he did not fix the ad for the car..

SCAM ARTISTS - They were very friendly on the phone when I went to speak with them and the photos online are carefully taken not to show any issues with the vehicle. I went to look at a GMC 3500HD the advert stated non smoker, which was not true the vehicle wreaked of cigarette smoke. Additionally the drives side mirror was cracked, the center console was busted and hard to open, there was a spot were the paint had pealed and overall the truck was filthy. That all being said I thought I would ask to see what they would give me for my 2014 Ram 2500 6.4L Laramie Longhorn Limited w/ custom Paint match Iron Cross bumper. KBB says its worth $29,525 I feel closer to 30k for the trade in range they offered me 16K, that was the "best they could do." If you have a trade in don't go here!!!!! The will rip you off, and quite frankly if that is how they treat you for a trade in, then you know they are ripping you off with their pricing.

I had a good experience at Pristine. Willing to negotiate a bit - the car was in excellent shape. It appears they did some maintenance on the vehicle. Good experience overall.

Great people very professional got me the truck i wanted had everything done when i got to the lot i just showed proof of insurance signed some paper work and i was on my way back home 2hrs ride home truck done great wemt back the next day to get my car that i drove up there hauled it back with the truck no problems at all i would recommend them to anyone !!! Thanks David for a great car buying experience!!!!

Inaccurate description of a vehicle, and extremely rude when advised of inaccuracy. Wasted 2 weeks of my time and instead of apologizing David told me to call the manufacturer if I don't like the vehicle. It's not the vehicle that's the problem, it's the seller! What a piece of work...

David and Bernice were great. I purchased a 2015 GX460. The buying experience was great. David gave me a better out the door price by email and he honored it with no issue when I arrived. I find them to honest, fair, and pleasant to do business with. I recommend anyone looking for a nice used vehicle to give them a shot. I would certainly go back for another car/truck.

STAY AWAY! Bought a vehicle. from them last fall. Paid cash. vehicle lasted 32 days before the entire transmission went out. Repair shop said they had “made adjustments to cover up the problems in order to sell” (and showed us how). In order to be drivable- would need an $8k new transmission! STAY AWAY!
