The customer service was so top tier. These days you do not get that type of service but these guys was so above and beyond it felt weird. I will definitely return. I love NEW BALANCE

Great store. Christos helped me. He was well informed, knowledgeable and professional. You can tell he knows everything to know about every shoe model.

When I entered the store, I was Completely Ignored.
Finally, the gentleman who Knew Very Well that No one was helping me; asked me if I had been helped.
The young lady came out.
She had no kindness or any kind of greetings or anything.
If I Didn't Really NEED the Walking Shoes , I would have left the store.
She retrieved the shoes that I requested. The Shoes are Fantastic.
But , the overall Purchacing Experience from those Two Employees in particular was Absolutely Terrible.
Also, I asked to use the restroom. They said that they don't have a restroom for customers.
I had to go into a local restaurant.
If you want Excellent Customer Service, go Elsewhere.
If you simply need a Good pair of Sneakers, and you Don't Care about Service; Go For it...

They really take the time to help you find the right shoes. Steve was great he even took the time to call another store to find my shoes

Called in to make an inquiry about come of the shoes that I purchased here. But customer service is not very high on the list. The store denied the refund, but corporate was able to provide adequate assistance for some shoes that weren’t even a month old. There is a semi racial undertone at this location. I am not the first review that’s been left that noticed that nobody even greets certain customers. In which I was one of those also. Decided not to write a review when it initially happened, but I am embolden by the icing which was the store lying about policy.

Horrible customer service. Does not uphold the standards of the New Balance corporate brand as they use being a family franchise as an excuse .

The staff at the New Balance store is very pleasant, knowledgeable,
and professional. I wish more stores would treat it's customers as welcome as the New Balance staff does.

I walked in the store on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. Not one salesperson greeted me, asked if I needed anything. I walked out after a few minutes. Maybe the store in NorthPoint will provide better customer service, especially when I'm spending my money!

This was my first visit to this store and it was a great experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful! I was a little disappointed that they didn't have much in the way of clothing, but there were some items that I found online that I was hoping to try on in store that they had. I do not know the name of the person that helped me, but he was super helpful when trying on shoes and very attentive. The same can be said for the other employees in the store, the other employees were giving the other customers the same attentive care and making sure they picked out the best product for what they were looking for. It's also a family owned store instead of a corporate own store which I liked!

Lil out of the way BUT really know their stuff on how each different model shoe is constructed & why one might be better for you than another & make an otherwise difficult shipping experience easy w their friendly, incredibly knowledgeable ease! Can't recommend enough, ESPECIALLY if you have chronic foot trouble!!

I live across the street and have been meaning to check it out. I walk in and no one greets me or my son. Theres not much styles available, the store is small and merchandising is underwhelming. I’ll be ordering online if I’m interested

Great location staff was very helpful and nice and explained that I could order off line and have the shoes shipped either to my home or the store. Staff also very knowledgeable about sizing .

Had a great experience today. Steven took care of me. Very professional gent. I prefer to shop online but coming in store and spending a little more is worth it for a wonderful try-on experience and good customer service. The folks here did not disappoint.

I bought a pair of shoes from here in September 2023, and in December 2023 a hole formed in the back of the shoe and started giving me a blister. These were less then 4 months new and i just walk them. Took them to get them exchanged and the manager said he wouldn’t exchange them, offered 30% off. Why would i buy shoes again from the place if they will be damaged in four months. I was very disappointed, i thought new balance was a good brand.
