Where do I begin. I bought a car through them and pulled up and had to wait 40 minutes for them to even arrive (not a big deal). The whole time, the man showing the cars was extremely rude, standoffish, and seemed like he was just ready to make the deal and leave. Horrible customer service. Then after I received the car, they had messed up with getting me the tags multiple times and created such a hassle. Here’s the good part. The car was a mess. We had to get new break pads because the breaks stopped working TWICE and a new timing belt. That was about $3000 total. There has been so much wrong with not only the car, but the service I received. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS

Shawn always had answers for my questions and was very quick to respond. Gave me a great deal on a car that is in very good shape. Would definitely buy from Max Power Autos again!

This is our 2nd vehicle purchase here. Great service, and most importantly doesn’t waste mine or their time. Great place to purchase your vehicle.

Finally bought a car! I was looking everywhere for a car... not to mention me being so picky... but I came across Shawn. Shawn was so patience and helpful in test driving and showing me the cars. He was very generous and patient! He answered all my questions about the car I finally liked. We did the paperwork and there I was leaving with my car. Thanks Shawn,A lot for a picky person like me who asks a lot of questions, for having your patience! I recommend this dealership and to go see Shawn for a car!

While trying to help a friend buy a car, the man (I believe Shawn) couldn’t/wouldn’t answer some very basic questions and hung up on us after telling us that if we want to get the car inspected, we should go to the dealership and buy a new car. Yeah, $100 inspection versus $15,000 loan. I’ll be gracious and suggest that he isn’t very smart rather than that he’s a crook with something to hide. Be extremely cautious. He sells cheap cars for a reason, and he’s obviously not wasting his time with buyers that ask normal questions.

If I could give less then one star I would! He can not be trusted! He sold me a car knowing something was wrong with it and was like “sold as is”! I was bamboozled!

Unethical behavior and business practices. They (or "Shawn" aka Muhammed Shakeel) lied about the condition of the car, said it was perfect when in reality it's unsafe to drive. Also lied about the car passing emmisions, let us take only a 2 minute test drive, & is extremely pushy & rude. This "dealership" is super sketchy. Stay away.

This place has very bad customer service. I inquired about a vehicle and spoke with a deranged and rude man named Shawn. He had the ugliest attitude towards what would have been a potential customer. I could never do business or be supportive of this kind of behavior that was not warrented. Warning, I would advise consumers to not do business with this company.

This place is a JOKE. They lied about a car being sold, then said it was available. I asked for the VIN like a normal person, and a guy named “Shawn” responded in the RUDEST manner. Telling me I shouldn’t bother if I want to run a Carfax, that it’s just a beat up cheap car that wasn’t safe!! I am shopping for my son and he initially said it was a “very nice car” until I asked for the VIN. Shady people. Be warned!
