Absolutely horrible check out. I counted 30 people in line. 6 check out lane lights on and 4 checkouts actually checking people out. One employee complaining loudly that she can't get a break

HomeGoods is hands down one of my favorite stores to shop at. I always look forward to visiting their Roswell Road location in Marietta because of their vast selection of beautiful decor items. What's even more exciting is that they constantly refresh their inventory with new options every week.During my recent visit, the staff at HomeGoods was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me with moving all of the items I had picked out for my home staging project. I appreciated their kindness and attentiveness throughout my shopping experience.Overall, I highly recommend this HomeGoods location to anyone who is looking to decorate their home, purchase items for a job, or just appreciate beautiful design. The store offers a great selection of products, and the staff provides exceptional customer service that makes shopping there a pleasure.

This is the best Tj Maxx I've ever been to. They have a great selection of clothes, home essentials, etc. I always find great things here.

The absolute best TJ MAXX & HOME GOODS I've ever been to! All the employees are always so nice and helpful. This location has a lot of designer items for a great price. They have a jewelry store with a great selection. It does get very crowded during the weekends so I'd recommend to shop on the weekdays when everyone else is working LOL I love to get my dogs toys and accessories from here because you truly can't beat the price. Toy prices can range from $4+ from which the same toys would cost $25+ at any other pet store. They also have a mens section here! My bf has found very nice clothes to take on his work travels worldwide.

Had over 30 people waiting in line to check out. Asked a manager if they had anymore cashiers and she said "that's all I've got". What about her? What about the several people on the floor? I've been in retail long enough to know you pull from areas to ensure quality customer service. It's not even par and very dissatisfied.

I hate going to this location because I have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes in line. It's always been like this and I don't understand why it's so bad. This location is not worth it if you can avoid it. It only gives me more time to change my mind and not get anything.

I've been going to this location for a while and one thing I have noticed was that the manager (Eddie) just stands there and hand calls the customers. They always need register assistance YET he never hops on register to at least help out.! I always see the other manager (Marcus) helping the cashiers out. Eddie needs to stop doing that and start helping the cashiers out! If you need register assistance SO bad why don't YOU hop on? Also the manager (Amie) as well! It's ridiculous. All they do is sit their a** in the office while overworking the cashiers! No fair at all!!!! Do better managers before I report that to your district manager!!

I have shopped at the store for many many years. I am in the process of relocating to Mississippi. On my last trip here in June I bought two blouses. At the time the dressing rooms were closed but we were encouraged to take more purchases home and return them if they didn't fit. Happily, both of mine did. I got them back to Mississippi and washed them. One came out fine and the other one had a shredded sleeve. In other words, defective merchandise. Because I am located some distance from the nearest TJ Maxx in Mississippi, I never was able to get it returned. I finally got back up here and brought it in today. It was 32 days so I was going to be happy to take store credit. My big mistake was telling the employees that I had washed it. Because of that, they would not let me return it, even for store credit. I informed the manager that for $16.99 plus tax, they had lost a lifetime customer. Moral of the story... If you are going to return some thing to T.J. Maxx that you have washed, don't tell them that. How pathetic is that???

We usually love shopping at this location. Kind people with excellent service. Upon checkout, the floor manager (for some reason) refused to check me out. It was hurtful as it seemed intentional that she specifically did not want to accommodate me and my family. We were reluctantly offered help only after the lady behind us in line told the manager that she overlooked us. I wish this person hadn't treated us like this and hope no one else experiences this.

Happy that they are open, but inventory is low. So by all means go, but don't expect much, especially in the bedding section.

I went in looking for a Dutch oven and found 4 to 5 high quality pieces. The more I looked around, the more I added to my basket. Everything I selected was first-rate. No junk. This included Portmerion Botanic Garden as well as Villeroy & Boch. Their regular prices are bargains and the clearance items are screaming deals.
