We made arrangements to meet at 4:30 to possibly purchase this car. I'm driving a hour away and two minutes before I get there he tell me he sold. He could of atleast gave me a heads up to tell me that he had someone wanting to buy so I wouldn't waste my time. Bad customer service!

By far worst used car I have bought , I got a Ford Focus from them and not even a month later I got a check engine light and spent over 2,500 fixing it. Be Cautious buying used cars Especially from places like these.

Bought a 2011 Silverado in November 2018. It's now July 2019. I've put 40k mikes on the truck and haven't done anything but change the oil. I've had 0 issues with it. We agreed on a very fair price and they even met me at 830 pm to buy the truck well after business hours. Process was easy and they weren't pushy or anything. I've seen a few bad reviews but my experience was great. When buying a used car some times you run into unforeseeable issues. Anything can happen at any time. I'd buy from them again.

This was by far the worst car buying experience I have had. Was lied to from the get go. Bought a gmc terrain here and as soon as we got it home to Chattanooga the check engine light came on. They had said they put on a new catalytic converter so I had a bad feeling that they tried to fix a problem and didn't check to make sure it was fixed. It was an exhaust code so I went to put in a new oxygen sensor and saw that the exhaust manifold had a crack that they tried to weld it. It is obvious that they replaced the catalytic converter and half way welded a crack on the exhaust manifold and didn't put the car through the drive cycle to make sure they fixed the code. When I called the owner said he had no knowledge of the welded crack, yet the new catalytic converter they put on was attached to the welded part so there is NO way they could miss it. To make matters worse we cant register the car till the check engine light is off since our county does emissions and after trying to fix the car many times the light still wont go off. We called to get them to extend the temporary tag like the county clerk told us they could so we could drive it till we get it fixed and the owner said he couldnt do anything for us. I am afraid for anything else they touched on this car now. Would NEVER buy from them again.

The place is infested with crooks. All they want is your money unfortunately their cars don't live up to their value. Take your money else where before it gets stolen.
