The people at this facility are great as long as you approach them In a respectful manner. They can't help what the main post office sends or doesn't send to them.

I get a email each day with mail that we should get about 3 out of 6 days we don't get any of that mail. Then we get some but not all. Today I was standing outside and should have got mail 2 letters and the mail person just rode on by.

Called an hour ago. Spoke with a very nice woman about my package that had been stuck in Augusta since November 23. Just received a message saying my package will be here Monday. Thank you so much. Happy holidays to you.

Good employees, they keep the system moving fast. I think they are well trained to be efficient with assigning my packages and getting them started in the system.
