First of all, the people leaving a review for the massages are talking about the spa at James Madison. Not the Salon. The salon is wonderful and the owner is top notch. I came in for a wedding updo test and while there, found out my regular hair dresser could not color my hair before my wedding. The owner said no problem and took care of it for me. My hair was stunning. She was so accommodating for my large wedding party and guest who wanted hair and makeup the day of.

Very relaxing and accomodating. Full service, I can get everything done in one place, nails, hair and massage. They even offer facials!

Lily and Emily are wonderful massage therapists. They are very thorough, welcoming, and friendly. However do not let Pam give you a massage. Pam doesn't ask if you have any trouble areas or even introduces herself and acted like she would rather be somewhere else.....maybe she should be. She does not fit in well at this salon. Very unprofessional.

The lady is very nice and it really isn't my intention to leave a negative review. However, I feel that someone who has been trained in styling hair should have got much closer to the style I had asked for. I think she struggles with men's hair because what I ended up with is more of a military cut and that is not what I wanted.
