They are always nice and helpful, much unlike the store closer to me.

The UPS store I use has the most Wonderful people! They are always helpful and cheerful. I have never seen them rush a customer or be disrespectful to any one. Thank you for having such a marvelous crew.

The store was busy; 3 clerks each with a customer and 4 people in line including myself. The clerks worked diligently, did not seem rattled, and they efficiently worked through the line with professionalism. Great job!

I was in and out within 10 seconds. It was my first time doing an Amazon return at the ups store. The guy scanned my code and gave me my receipt and said have a nice day. So quick and easy.
